Hello all, I don't understand why all the hooplah over Galactic Civilization's AI. I've played well over two dozen games in galaxies ranging from tiny to large, and with AIs varying from sub-normal to intelligents. Every single time, one dominant AI takes over while the others cower in their corners of the galaxy. Listen, I don't care if this AI is the precursor to Cyberdyne Systems. I care about balance.
