Reply to Download problem in Bug Reports Stardock Forums

After choosing the "Refresh XML Data option", the movies folder does not appear any more in the purchased software / GC2 window. So i uninstalled the previous file downloaded, and then uninstalled SC. I reinstalled SC and i just restarted to download each files needed. Wait and see for now. If i meet a new prob i let you know, but thanks anyway for your help, and for this game... (i like a lot the first GC). Just a little disappointed not to be able to play this evening.

Hi, I purchased GC2 today, i downloaded without any problem the game files, the tutorial and the multimedia folder, but each time i want to download the movies, i meet an extract error at a random percentage of the download. I have try to change the extract folder and the server but without any result. for the moment i have restarted another time in a new folder and with another server (very slow, but i guess that the game meet a certain sucess)... Any help to understand how to aboi
