I'm having the same problems DLing the bonus stuff. Tells me I'm not registered to this account. I suspect I have 2 or MORE accounts with different emails. I pre-ordered GalCiv2. Also own GalCiv1 which was a DL and the Deluxe edition of that game which i purchased retail recently. Maybe because I'm too good of a customer you want to punish me? I sent an email to your sales group today askingthem to fix this. Result : No response yet, so, still no bonus stuff for me.
