I completed a game last night (Huge, Fool) where I created 3 Terror Stars near the borders of my culture. I loaded them with cultural modules and within five years I had half of the enemy star systems defect. I won with a cultural victory. The Stats showed that I never lost a ship, planet, went to war, or otherwise engaged the enemy. I really wanted to figure out how to blow up a star, but the cultural victory came too quick. ~SDC~
