So far Fences 4 Beta is working (as Fences 3.12 used to). Using on Trial period to evaluate if Windows Exolorer crash is resolved in ver 4 beta.

Hi Ricardo, In my Adobe Reader DC the "PDF thumbnail previews in windows explorer is not checked, and I still have crashing Fences issue.

Hi, I am not in a corporate environment. I do not have Websense \ Forcepointinstalled. I have tried purge etc, Sean. This must be an issue related to Windows 10 normal updates. Have you found the problem all of us are experiencing yet? D Wright

Can anyone run me through the steps clearly...that will resolve the "Explorer not being closed properly issue?? I have Fences 3 but it is unusable. Right click enable does not work. It allows installation and setup, but upon reboot the error occurs. I have uninstalled and used purge fences but no effect. This issue started several days ago for the first time. Windows 10 64 bit. Have the same "Explorer" message suddenly today. Fences UNUSABLE. Any tech support here??
