GalCiv2 ForumsI always play on intelligent and encounter the same problems.Why is the AI programmed and allowed to build capitals and other improvements on unappropriate resources?Not a very intelligent AI.Why can we move our home world but not decommission a capital?I hope others will aggree with me and help to put these fixes in a future update. Thx.
