I have same problem in windows 10 home 1909. I can't uninstall the start 10 1.75 version . But start 10 1.75 version is still working . I can't see it in control panel. If I install 1.80 version, it is not success. The 1.80 start 10 install application . The words of application is garbled text . I use Traditional Chinese in windows 10. Thanks. </
