Absolutely weird thing with Siege of Centauri and UPS unit in Stardock Games Stardock.net Forums

Hi everybody I've just bought Siege of Centauri and I like it a lot. The issue that I'm having it's abstolutely weird: every time that I play Siege of Centauri, my UPS (yes, that external device that keeps the computer on after a power outage) starts beeping and keeps doing it until I cancel / restart the mission. As soon as the mission starts again, the beeping returns (as you can see in this video that I've just recorded to show my issue: https://photos.app.goo.gl/S7DqhChMiJ
