It says "Scrollbars(Except Internet Explorer)" and that is ticked. But i have the freeware version. Would there be anyway of me getting it to skin it without purchasing WB? Or, what extra features do you get WITH a purchased version?

Hi, I have tried many versions of WB, 4, 4, 4.1 etc.. and all of them, when i skin my desktop, i load up IE and My Computer, and it doesn't skin the scrollbars. This is really starting to annoy me. Is there any way i can get it to skin the scrollbars? When i first got WB, it did skin them, but then it jsut stopped.. any ideas?
