Hi Many thanks for the prompt response. Ive managed to sort it out myself. There was a .txt file in my game folder that had reset my password at some point, I used that and its all ok now. Hi can some one help me. I`ve just updated Gal Civ to version 1.1 and although I`ve put in the correct serial number and originally reistered the game when I first puchased it I keep getting `Error activating the product` message and now cant play !!!! Any ideas? Help !! dying to play again.

Hi I understand a patch is available for Altarian Prophecy, however I need to register with this total games thingy. two problems My home PC that has AP installed is no longer ( and will NEVER BE..) connected to the internet again, I like it this way believe it or not. And also WHY should i have to register with this `total gaming thing anyway!!! all i want is the patch to stop the crashing. Any advice, please...........

Hi Not sure if this is a bug or not, but when setting up a new game (Gal Civ Alt Prophecy)I dont get the little intro movie anymore ( the one with the colony ship in earth orbit)was this removed or is it a bug....

Hi And the answer is YUP..!!!! I am a Stephen Baxter Fan. Also a Greg Bear fan ( Forge of God and Anvil of Stars Will always be my favorite sci-fi novels ).What are yours??? However I am still awaiting help from Stardock to get my expansion pack working, god I`m gagging to play this, as I`ve had two evenings of quality time alone. ( Wifes Visiting Inlaws....) and I cant play it..AHHHHHH..!!!!!!!!!!!! :sniff!:
Hi Chaps. Got a slight problem with updating Galciv to Altarian Prophecy. I live in the UK and purchased my copy of GalCiv from the shops, however I ordered the CD (Altarian ) from StarDock USA. On loading it ask`s me for my Serial Number, which I took to be my cd key ( the only number I know on my copy I purchased )and it will not let me install....!!!!! Am I doing something silly ?? Help..... dying to play this.... any Ideas (:(

Hi well what can I say...! been playing Galciv for a few weeks now, since it came out in the UK and what can i say.....WOW this game is Brilliant! and the Epanded Universe ad on for FREE!!!!....wow, the support....WOW! Well done people at Stardock this is the way to go i honestly dont think I have ever seen a game so well balanced and so well supported....keep going. :)
