Perhaps a real-world example. What was the best deterrent of the cold war turning into a hot war between the US and USSR? By ensuring they both had enough military and nukes that if either side attacked, they'd both lose. Not by disbanding their military and disarming their nukes and researching technologies.

Looking at the screenshotted banlist and the current banlist, it appears we have a corrupt administrator. If you truly want to make this an acceptable site, you need: 1) Complete transparency over the process 2) Oversight, checks and balance, etc. You should not be the final arbiter of whose ban or appeal is valid or not. When even Stardock tells you you're doing it wrong and it's bad for their game, maybe it's time to get the very big hint that, well, you're doing it wrong. The question I have is, if this version is so fundamentally broken, why not just release what was the beta patch as the release version? At least that version didn't have the crashing issue in custom games. Custom games are by far the most popular game type.
This sort of asking a question repeatedly and then getting passive-aggressive when they don't get a response is what people call needy, insecure, and high maintenance behavior. If Frogboy had to answer every question that's been asked of him on the forums or in chat, he might as well quit his job and stop sleeping.

Making lifesteal be affected by armor/absorption/invulnerability would probably go a long way with all the complaints about Erebus's Bite and peoople almost always going for Mageslayer/Ashkandor first in the artifacts list.
This is the modus operandi of AI. Walk to the enemy's valor flag on Prison. Sit there between 4 towers. Decide to teleport out when it's almost dead and die in the process as the 4 towers keep shooting it the entire time. If you have a 3 vs 2 match and the team with 3 has an AI. That team will probably lose.
