Tried to install the free version on winxp x64 and was told it was incompatible but works with vista x64 and try to a earlier version v5.5 or something. why should it be up and running with vista x64 but not winxp x64 that has been around much longer?

"The instruction at "0x77dd778e" referenced memory at "0x77dd778e". The memory could not be "written". Click OK to terminate the program" I have same problem as well. Removing spyware doctor fixed it. WB 4.6

May i suggest you implement a system such as rapidshares, whereby all non subscribers can pay a minimum charge via telephone for a two days subscription which will enable downloads at maximum server speeds (eg. UK costs £1.23p).All other content would remain free to view. This would help pay towards the site since many would seem to be leechers.

I have never seen any other example of developers releasing paid for beta software. Most beta's are released free of charge since this absolves the developer of any legal responsiblity. In otherwords you use beta software at your own risk. Is there a disclaimer on the installation of od+ ?
