I bought numerous of your subscrptions over the last twelve months, under the agreement that they would be available for download through wincustomize. Then sudenly last week after downloading two to five skins or whatever I got cut off and keep aking to register, which is what I thought I did when I spent my money on your service. So I registered. Then the same thing happened again and I used my registration info and it was not accepted. This has happened seven times and I am fed up. I paid you
