download in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

hi i'm user level2 and when i try to download something i have error 404 i try to disconnect and reconnect but i fall user level1 and i do the same thing for be user level2 but it's doesn'T work , i have the same error for the download.i have made no mistake so can you solve that or give me some tips
