Desktop X object gradually moving down even when it's 'locked' in Stardock Software WinCustomize Forums

I have a Desktop X object (a countdown timer) that seems to shift down a tiny bit every time i restart my pc, untill it finally is below the taskbar. I have the object's movement set to 'locked' and it's activation set to 'none'...yet it still gradually moves down. Anyone else experience this or know the cause? Thanks...

It is windows, it was made this way. If you don't want it there, use another OS. Sorry if it sounds harsh. This seems like a pointless post to me. Yeah, I just found out you can do that with the classic start menu. I can't find any way to do it with the XP start menu. I would switch to classic, but that messes up the Beacon theme I have going on. *sigh*

I have the entire Object desktop suite - Object Bar included. All I want to do is customize the existing folders in my start menu - i.e., replace 'My Pictures' with a different folder. Seems simple enough - is there any easy way to do this? Do I have to create an ENTIRE new start menu with Object Bar? If so, is there a template I could use that is just the normal XP start menu, so I could just make a few changes from there? Thanks in advance...

Is there an easy way to just edit/customize the existing start bar in XP? Basically I just want to edit a few of the folders (replace 'My Pictures' with a custom folder, etc...). Do I have to make a whole new start bar to do this? Thanks...

Well, figured it out...I had both WB 3 and WB 4 installed. (I didn't know, honest. ) Anyways, uninstalled 'em and reinstalled WB 4, works now. Thanks for all the help guys.

Nope...I did exactly that, no luck. I tried never turing DX back on and doing it again, nope. Strange - it happens with every skin I try - they all have the log off/shutdown skins, but none are applied. I wish I could get this to work...

Thanks for your reply. I did apply the theme with Theme Manager/WinStyles, so it should apply the whole thing, but it doesn't. Specifically, though, even if I applied it with Windowblinds, the 'log off windows','shut down comuter', and 'My Documents' screens should be changed, right? Soemthing else is wrong here... I can see all the skins I want when I navigate the theme with SkinStudio, I just can't seem to apply them all.

I just bought Windowblinds, and I can't seem to get my themes to load all the way. The folders don't look like they do in the screenshots and the 'log off windows' and 'shut down comuter' stay the default XP skins. I'm using the 'Beacon' theme so I know all the stuff is there, it just doesn't seem to get applied. Am I doing something wrong? [Message Edited]
