You have dared to enter the lair of the most ferocious predators in the galaxy!

It is the ulitmate destiny of the Kzinti to conquer the other civilizations of the galaxy, subjugate and enslave any who may prove useful to us, and devour the rest. The Fanged God has ordained that this is how it will be.

In just 26 octals of days (7 months or so...Kzinti count in base 8), the Kzinti Empire rose from obscurity, to #1 on the Metaverse. With the blessings of the Fanged God, we have remained dominant for 100s more octals of days since that auspicious day.  We leapt past the other empires, and our mighty domain now encompasses over 32 million more light years than the second most powerful empire.  The most recent Galactic Map data shows that we have subjugated over 45% of the galaxy.  Many warriors from the old and dying empires have joined us, to avoid being eaten along with the rest.  We hunger to establish indefinite supremacy over all the inferior sentient species...

We have also been #1 on the AltMeta for over 3 years running. The Empire grows more powerful with each passing day as new conquests are won, and more warriors join us in our inevitable rise to rule the galaxy!

The Kzinti are a species of bipedal space-faring feline predators, who love nothing more than conquest and battle. Created by sci-fi writer Larry Niven, the Kzinti have had many stories written about them, most notably in the Man-Kzin Wars series of books. They have also shown up in the Star Trek universe, and a number of other realities.

Ah, I can field this one.

First off, I'm glad to see you didn't buy the Gecko's version of the TS as their is just a Death Star. A TRUE Terror Star blows up the stars themselves. Turn that puppy around and shoot that ball of gas (er, the star, not seth).

Er, you didn't fire yet did you? Ok, good. Make sure you got a Site B set up. blowing up the star along with your last planet brings upon your timely death... Send a colony out 'north' as there should a colonizable planet there.

Also, if your scanners don't register battles, the fire button gets jammed. AKA make sure you don't have the game to not show all battles...odd bug in the TS never firing it's weapon if so.

Here is a little info on the Wolfins,
The Wolfins came from another universe. They are the counterparts to the Kizin and just like their feline cousins, the Wolfins enjoy slaughter and war. The Wolfins live in a society where women are treated like 2nd class citizens and men are givin special privliges such as being allowed to join the military, having better education, ETC. Wolfin soldiers are as strong as Kzinti soldiers. The Wolfins have only two goals, conquer and destroy all who oppose them.

Demons do have the ability to change forms, so I am not surprised. I always said the wriggly gecko tails were one of the most fun things about chasing and eating them! Sentient species taste better...

Although I do eat one of my slaves every now and then, but how fun is it compared to eating and chasing Lyran!

Fellow galactic beings,Game role-playing aside, my question involves the the TA campaign at the stage of using terror star. All 5 upgrades on terror star station have been completed, yet there are no directions on how to make it accomplish the objective to destroy the planet Kaivox. (right clicking planet only makes it move near-by ... where is the "fire" button?).I am aware that Brad likes to keep some intuitiveness in his games but this is counter-intuitive.I assume you all have completed the campaign?Information on quadrant 7 of M-73 will be forthcoming.Lord Draxas

Ah, sorry I didnt get that you were asking about how the terror stars work. :LOL: As Loupdinour said, you have to aim them at stars rather than planets. Which makes them even more powerful of course. Unfortunately if you have planets in that same system.... ;)

I've done the DL and DA campaigns, but not the TA yet. I only just downloaded it yesterday, so I'll check it out soon.

Kzinti "politics", hehe... Any dispute that seems unresolvable can be quickly brought to a conclusion by an honor duel. ;)

well I can't see what your eating and it's probably a good thing too.

either way it looks like I'll be leader of the galactic senate again ~Sigh~ Their polotics is so... Talky. all they do is talk.... it's terrible. no blood no brawl no blades... I would prefer to listen to a human opera that listen to the senators squabble. Maybe I can change government. become an imperialist rule!... nah not likely to happen.
