It is not. Normal Impulse download speed for me is about 6.5 MegaBytes per second. That is for full game downloads, not patches. Impulse anywhere is always glacially slow, since it does not use local servers. 60 Kilobytes, being a hundred times slower, is therefore not normal if you have an internet connection that allows greater speeds. I actually had great difficulty forwarding an entire port range to demigod: The thing is, my router has fourth field in the port forwarding section, apart from 'port range', 'ip address' and protocol: 'Local Port'. I used to forward single ports by entering the same port number in both the 'port range' and 'local port' fields, but since the 'local port' field did not accept port ranges, this method did not allow me to forward more than one port. Copy the folder. Go to impulse, go to the orb, select detect application, select demigod from the dropdown box and select the directory you copied the game to. Verify installation, then update it. If archiving does not work, that is pretty much your only option.
faultrep.dll is part of your operating system. It is not an Demigod dll. Missing it means there is something wrong with your windows install, or that you do not have the latest service pack/updates. If you do have the latest service packs and updates, or installing them did not fix the problem, execute "sfc /scannow" from the command prompt or the run dialog. This will try to repair any corrupted or missing system files.
