look, i think that whatever the story calls for is what should be used. not everything has to appeal to everyone, and not everything has to make everybody feel comfortable. sometimes a story, setting or whatever is not fair or equal or stuff like that. if people are refered to the races of men then so be it. maybe the historians in the game thought women were lesser creatures and lifted men to a higher ideal. there

It's intended purely as a form of entertainment. It is the absolute *last* thing you should look to to "take steps away from gender binary".
Really? So being more accessible to someone's experience is less important, than, say...hidden pictures of family trips? I realize you w

Surely feminism doesn't refer to a pursuit of an egalitarian society but a pursuit of a female-dominated one? Presumably the word for the former would be a humanist? While these assholes above me are super-diplomatic, I sort of agree with them to a certain extent. I argued heavily in a prior thread that female characters should not be gimped. However, there is sort of an established setting here which takes place in a male-dominated society. There's a certain extent where I think fo
the trend is for a Thursday release (although that does not mean every week and at least once since i have been following it it got pushed to Friday) and from this: This week we plan to release Elemental BETA 3-A. This build will primarily be a stability/performance run through of Beta 3. We’re going to hold off adding significant new features until we’re happier with the stability.,
I was wondering when the next beta will be out? I'm unable to load saved games and thus can not progress too far. (Not complaining, just eager! :) )
Er excuse that bump, I meant to do it for a different post.
I attempted to do as you suggested. Loading a saved game as quickly as possible does no work, but I am able to alt tab to the task manager window I leave up and then press tab then space bar to close the game. But if I wait for the city to come my comp freezes and I am unable to even close the program. Ty for suggestion none the less. :)
My character is in a town. Stationed there. I cast teleport next to another town(since I can not teleport into the town directly). Shazam!...my character did not move. So I sigh and say fine, i have to exercise. I move my character out of the town. Have him move three tiles. Then poof! he's back in the town he tried to teleport from initially. Mana was still spent as well as the character's moves for that turn. Secondly, when you click on the map to exit out of a build menu it au
The basic character without any negatives should not die on the first turn. Especially due to one of the roaming baby spiders.

I find that when it happens opening and closing the item shop window or diplomacy(on occasion this was the only window that cleared the issue) windows will clear this up (until it happens again then repeat).. And sometimes it freezes right away.
Whenever I play E:WoM I have these yellow spots on certain sections of the screen. They do not move in their position regardless of scrolling the map.
