With speed debuffs capped at 1/3, slows should be easier to counter with speed items.

I don't think it's about out-dated hardware anymore, because since 1.1, it seems that there have been more games with negative sim speeds. In fact, every game I've played since the patch has seen someone in the negatives.

How exactly did you come to the conclusion that Reg was not meant to be a tower-killer? Were you there when they designed the game? Cuz I don't see anywhere that states Reg is officially not meant to be good at killing towers. Seems to me you want the DG to fit your perception, rather than to just play the DG for what it is. I mean, as TB, I can take a tower down pretty easily, too, with taking barely any damage.
Yep, have no problems upgrading priests early on. Although, I don't think it's as much a tide-turner. It's better used to turn up the heat.

We honestly need an "MMO" solution with a waiting-for-game chat (that works in and out of lobbies) so people can "LFG 3v3 premade" and invite people to private games. It's hard for premades to join a game because when it's a 3v3, and it's already filled up to 4 players, how can you get your team of 3 there?

I usually don't join without a location, and always put "US" in games I host. The location just indicates where it's hosted from, not who can join. If their ping is under 200, I let them stay. It simply cuts down on the trial and errors you have to go through while picking a custom game. If by "expired" you mean that the cooldown was over in your consumable belt, that doesn't matter. You have to wait for the lock to physically disappear from the flag and cap it again. If the lock animation is still on the flag, you will indeed lose your lock that you just applied, effectively wasting it. Aside from that, I can't think of anything else other than an exploit that could do something like that.
Correct. Player A might beat player B in a 1v1 match, but player B might beat player A on a 3v3 if B is using voice, while A is not. A has better skills, but B has a better team.
I've noticed this too. I see pings of under 200 with decent sims but still get lag.
Is it consumed on use?
