I don't have an issue with pre-mades as long as they are honest about it either by listing the game as pre-made or answering a question about it honestly in the lobby. It's the ones that sneak into (or even host) "noobs only" games or will lie when asked about it that I find disgusting. Otherwise, people should be able to enter a game as an organized team--just don't lie about it or be deceptive. Hopefully, 1.2 patch will make

that is the stupidest implementation of "rematch" i've ever heard. why bother? rematch should take you to a lobby with the same host, with the same people in it, but then people can leave if they want, or new people join, or swap map and demigods etc. imho this should be the default behavior at the end of a game. the original release had connection issues, they are largely resolved. hopefully they quickly fix the demo issues, as that's the first contact for lots of people. the game is fun, for what it's worth....
let's say you want to assume that generals personal minions are considered part of their powers, and thus reward no xp. i still don't see why summoned idol minions shouldn't be considered like creep and reward xp (ie they could be treated seperately).
good question.

the Compilation of Demigod Guides thread is a good place to start, check out the general gameplay tips first and then move on to the specific demigods: http://forums.demigodthegame.com/349958 most people do well stacking HP items, and speed items can help sometimes also. it's pretty easy to start out in single player and see which demigods you like.
/signed god please yes. nothing worse than suddenly having 3 demigod hitting you in a swarm of minions/creeps when you thought you had one. they should always stand out.
look at the stats of how many people play QoT compared to every other demigod: QoT OP LULZ (condensed version of the arguments above)
i've got a fever for the flavor.
tower linking is a purely visual effect, its been pointed out in many threads. you take damage depending on how many towers have range on you, no range increase.

Fixing it is a must, yes, but at this point they've had thousands of people purchase a defective product. I don't even try to play multiplayer over the internet (LAN, 3v3 at work!). 75% off a second copy of the game would be worth it (as someone else suggested). Only after t
Actually, I think they were talking about making a tile based editor that then exported the final result as a single 3DS model. That would work but, it also would be a lot of work. It'd be pretty cool but, is not a super easy thing to do.
it might take work, but it would extend the lifetime of the game 100 times...
it's your fault ;( always read several reviews before you buy. most are very clear that there is no real single player content in demigod other than skirmishes.
yeah, i was thinking of preset tile map segments that you would connect to make entirely new paths, as well as repositioning flags etc.
they could make a map editor where the 3d editing part is downplayed... for example a mode where people could rearrange premade tiles would be nice. and people who wanted to go all out and make entirely new 3d maps would have that option.

You bought the wrong game if you wanted to go online and play with other people by yourself. Competitive strategy games are not and never will be about people just thrown together and told to go. I'm not sure how you can even support a ladder with random teams. There cannot be any support for it other than just that. The whole point of a ladder is the ladder season which theoretically
This sounds very carebearish. You cannot cater to everyone. Having separate systems decreases the matchup frequency. Why does there need to be an automatch for people who play solo? There's custom games for that. This is not Starcraft or Command and Conquer where 1v1s reign supreme. This is a team game. There is no need convolute matters more by catering to every person's playstyle. Again, no one is complaining about this in Red Alert
