Looking good, I hope to be able to take part in this sometime this weekend.
Hmm, the idea of a mod is nice but I likely won't pick this up for two reasons. A) Teleport Scrolls cost too much. B) Most changes to the Bearer are for his Fire Build. All that was done for ice was change the stun duration. Doesn't do well for Ice Build Tourchers, because there is nothing there to compensate for this - such as increases damaged to Nova or other spells. I'm dissapointed in seeing so little done to improve the class. He needs range increase and a few others thi
Perhaps the biggest change we'll see by the conclusion of this Beta will perhaps be the changes within the Demigod mechanic. As more people play them, no doubt we'll have some core changes. But whatever happens I'd like to see it turn into something really enjoyable. I'm looking forward to the next build to see how that unfolds.
Now do they mean Unique ala, Soul Caliber 4 and tossing several pieces of armor and decoration on a model of your choice, or is this limited merely only to the progression of how one chooses skills and items in-game?

The forums have a VERY slow refresh rate. Only post once.
"Ohhh what shoes to I want?" Darn Demigoddess, make a choice!
I've noticed that when the game is rather large, up to six players, the game has a brief lag time before it gets rolling. Nothing moves, no effects surround the players until the game gets 'going' as it were. But during this moment of bried load-lag, you can access the UI menu for leveling your Demigod. If you level your Demigod before the game begins, the graphic will vanish but it will not really take effect. Odd thing is, If I choose a spell - it will give me the spell. But when I
As for XLink Kai, more people -should- use it, but people tend to just be sticking to the mIRC and Ventrilo areas. I suggested getting Xlink Kai so new people could find a game quickly and easily without much hassel. Yet, the thing is Kai has a 30 minute idle time out. If you are inactive, say not typing, for 30 minutes you will be removed from your room. That's probably why people have stoped using it. Ah well, at least Hamachi works and people do indeed hang out on Ventrilo - so findin
Overlay text, such as numbers and the word STUNNED can appear frozen on the screen. This includes HP overlays as well. Accessing a building fixes this. What causes the issue is yet to be determined by this player, and how to make it repeatable is also beyond my ability just yet.
Thanks for the help troubleshooting. ^^
Yes, to some degree. You can purchase an offical account which allows you to create a network of 100+ users. That may be what you mean, but the guide I listed here is to function everything completely for free.
No need to accquire XLink Beta build, just get 7.
Also if any problems, I will make edits of course.
Demigod Beta 1 Online Guide Brought to you and tested by the adult gamer guild: Xen of Onslaught Likely some of you have noticed that Beta 1 of Demigod does not support Online Multiplayer just yet. This is because it is a test phase based on how well a player's machine can handle the game on their own accord. But thankfully, they decided to allow LAN functionality into the game. Modern software allows us
Murphy don't you worry about Hamachi. I've devised away for all beta players to play together using Hamachi for free, and set it up in less than 15 minutes. Don't believe me? Hehe, just you wait for the Beta 1 release. I've got to run a few more tests on the build itself before I release my information.
this sort of thing will never change.
All the more reason to change the system.
Certainly it will be sometime until the Map Editor will come forward, and likely an element introduced in the final package. Because of this, I was wondering if it would not be at all a problem to share the map specifications with the community? What do I mean by specs? I've noticed that several low poly elements were making up the map, yet they were just simply vast in scale. Many of the basic structures seen in the trailer where mainly just textured rectangles and cubes stated open atop an

Fascinating subject, though the thread's direction is taking an ill turn at the moment. But hopefully, with some good infusion of commentary we can get things back on track. The Evolution of the Thread so far We've seen a growing tension between those who would prefer Random within the game, and those who would like to take a step into a direction where things can be different. I imagine that the game's designers still enjoy the functionality of Random and probably will
They also said "Tentative".
I admit I'm saddened, I was hoping more people would be playing GalCiv 2: ToA. It's an insanely good game. The month will just -fly- by playing that game. That is indeed a quality Stardock game with no end to the customization you can apply to it. In essence, it's a never ending game.
I also fired up GalGiv 2: TOA and checked out the new expansion. I'm very impressed, I've always been a huge fan of making my own my race - but the features they give us in the new expansion is outright nuts. I can spend my entire month building all the nifty little facets that will make races stand out from the others. Not to mention the new Immense option (yes, a map bigger than Galactic). I just started a game the other day, I betcha I'll be playing the same game until Beta s
