there's roughly 1,300 (rounding down) players online currently. not bad for a thursday afternoon (GMT) really as long as there some players i'll be happy, not in it to be OMG UBER and not really a fan of that mentality. the OP's made some good points, but the way he's framed is just grating.
banned for making me sad =( i was looking forward to that.
@ brjoa - and where do you factor in things like: kids returning to school games typically spiking on release/expansion. the fact that pantheon play (which reflects more deteremined players in my mind as opposed to PUGs) has remained constant though out this limited time frame of the data

to answer the question. i'm 1. have to say i was a bit sad once beta was over cos a whole slew of wingers and gas bags flooded the game and forums. to make things worse some of them were actually better at the agme too! since the release/beta's of HoN and LoL i'm starting to have more of the fun type of games again. that or i've grown a second sense for not playing against... people i don't wish to play against. will i be staying, yes, and i'll see you again on

hmm, interesting results. hope they see this and re-render the soundtrack in glorious 8-bit [e digicons][/e] it's not about number of cores unfortunately. cores only help if a program has beed designed to use multiple threads. this isn't typically done as there's only a few appliactions where it's obvious and easy to multi-thread the program (video encryption being one). multi cores also help running multiple programs as each can be assigned it's own core (or in
ah, that explains my birthmark! banned for assuming i already knew that. you ass uming thing you *points pointedly*
yes you need to upgrade.
isn't that just because it's beta? i'm now reaching the depth of my knowledge, but i understood RTP to be, one day, intergrated fully into games (which ever they may be). anyone else?
banned for not using it. sheesh, at least open a window or something.
i've recently discovered i can't play zigarat as my sim drops out as soon as one team get's priests. mentioning this as maybe the y're rendering sound for each individual unit that's on the map?? when i next play i'll try the audio tricks and let you know.
i think we're pretty much of the same opinion [e digicons];P[/e] maybe i should've said it's not really a waste of SD's time as this will be used in other projects, like elemental. which DG is having some things back ported from.
banned for bollocks. that's what the refresh buttons for.
Hmm, looks like this isn't want i thought it was. i.e. no in game hooks to get you straight into a game and playing. still it's still beta. @ CelMare - just a reminder that this is developed by SD, GPG would be the ones responsible for DG ingame MP communication.
