Hard to say if this is done with intent to crash the game, I know I've left games before only to find people were left with a crashed game and they were not happy about it.
Rav3nIX
Nothing really works against spirits, something needs to be done.
Minions definitely need a tweak. If the opponents go mad minions, they will cap flags and farm for exp while you waste time killing the minions. If they invest in buffing the minions, the entire army becomes strong enough to kill the cit all alone, while you can murder the demigod over and over, which is plain stupid. Right now, you gain reap a huge benefit from using minions, but gain nothing from killing them.
Oak not only has interrupt, but with shield III prevents stuns. Sed can silence, effectively a second stun, countering any disadvantage they might have. Characters like Reg, QoT, DA, etc can't stop anyone from consuming a pot, sigil, or locking a flag, and are at a huge disadvantage.
Every character needs a stun/interrupt, or they become useless late game. Discuss.
I had this happen when the other Oak went all minions. I had 1 point in ward, and when we met in a creep wave and surged, we both wound up with a dozen spirits.
Hilarious forum madness.
Learning how to fake casts, when to sigil/pot vs tp is vital for playing a good rook.
Played a game the other night with a pure ice TB along with a Reg, and while it was tough early on, it was funny later on when the other team couldn't move or cast while we whaled on them.
[quote who="kryo" reply="16" id="2588232"] -Invalid gamestate after you capture all the flags on cataract (yes its still exists and I have personally witnessed it about week ago) Reports about that happening appeared conflicting. When I did the roundup there wasn't really substantive evidence that that couldn't have been due to the host doing things external to the game which we have no control over (to intentionally elicit a desync). However if it can be confirmed in testing
You mean someone didn't want to take advice from the worst player ever?! Crazy! :)
Actually, I've found SoR my favorite Reg favor item, as sniping+mines is nonstop pain for the other team. Just make sure you grab a mana pot for that last snipe.
Pretty frustrating game as Oak against a minion Erebus; level 2 surge, armor of vengance, and natures reckoning do nothing, pop a sig, and he batswarms away, while those minons continue to rape me. Minions are practically another demigod, making a 3v3 a 3v4.
The stats need to show your entire history through various epochs, it is really frustrating for people to dismiss you as a noob just because you haven't played in the current one much.
Happened to me a lot recently, game.prefs fix helps, but then it happens again. My current guess is that it happens when I select Occulus when another player doesn't have him, but I dunno.
It's already instant death for squishies and slowies, so no buff needed there.
One of the biggest problems, is that it can't be interrupted, while TP can, as can every pot (the sucky characters have no int however, and that makes them even worse, probably what makes them sucky, actually).
Quick tip: if you see UB, don't ever engage, ever.
While mines are Reg's best weapon, it's also basically his only effective weapon; nerfing mines would completely cripple him.
One of the most obvious buffs for Reg is a speed boost for angelic fury, since 'this would be faster with wings' dammit.
UB is gonna use a sigil as well, winning that engagement anyway, so what's the difference?
I believe it could use a nerf, at least time-wise. 20 seconds is way too long in this game.
You'd think so, but some minion builds are ungodly strong. However, not matter their hp by level 15+, you should have enough armor to render their attacks either harmless, or greatly reduced.
Spine attack is DA's snipe, if someone is running away, spine is the perfect finisher.
"LIKE i said, LE has the most staying power. that means he can level up fast, means he can have more kills" - TB_MasteR /chrome browser Flag control really breaks the balance, IMO. UB/LE have outstanding flag control, combined with being fast/free tp, they wind up feeling OP compared to characters who have a hard ti
