how exactly do I play without sound? adding /nosund to the target line of the shortcut doesn't seem to work. yes I do have two sound cards, one of em crapped out on me so I added another one but I'm not sure how to go about disabling the first one, which is onboard I believe. "C:\Program Files\Stardock Games\Demigod\bin\Demigod.exe" is the target line and adding /nosound to the end of it just gets me an error message.

So I've done some of what was suggested here; I cleaned out the system which it desperately needed and that helped a bit. I updated my sound drivers and I've also tried running it with a headset rather than the sound card and that all helps too. However, I still have teh same problem in that a skirmish will start up fine, on the lowest graphics settings, but then gradually lose some fps. Its not as bad as before and I was having issues with popping and crackling sound which have b

I know my system is a tad bit out of date but it looks like it can handle demigod from the minimum system specs. Right now I've got everything set to low, including the sound, and I've used nhance to try and wring as much performance out of my graphics cards as possible. However, in any game after a few minutes (usually by the time I can get priests) my framerate just drops and drops and never comes back.
