To me it sounds like you just lost badly and before the game ended you went ctrl+alt+del on the process and straight away came to the forums to make this post. torch bearer is a ranged glass cannon that is good at crowd control. Against a single DG he may do okay damage and against creeps he is the undertaker on speed. playing a melee hero is the downfall of TB, he has to run. since you have provided such an informative post on how he is beating you i can give you

More testing has to be done. Need to know if It is a TB only bug. If one of the items does not decrease cooldown as explained If the combination of 2 of the items causes the error If there is a cooldown cap (that would be seemily arbitrary as you can only have 35% or 50% less from the items)

It would appear from your numbers that cooldowns are capped at a 40% decrease with some sort of rounding. I know little about the actual workings of cooldowns however: Did you time the cooldowns yourself or use the games display? Can cooldowns be 6.2 seconds etc but display as just 6? I dont have the favor to get the -cooldown item. However do you think you could run some tests against an easy bot and get the numbers for some other DGs.

for oak pentinence is your most powerful and useful move. If you cast it on him, it will deal 200 damage and slow him for 7 seconds, also causing him to take increased damage for 7 seconds. I think one of the most important decisions you can make is whether to buff your own DG or the citadel with your gold. Taking this away removes a key element of the game. i also had a similar problem, i hadn't changed my install directory to the drive i would have liked (it was on C drive with like 200mb free whereas D drive had 1TB). archived, uninstalled, changed install directory to D drive, tried to use the archive but nothing happened. So i re-downloaded the game so it would install to the right drive but it still installed to the previous drive. archive system is broken?

There are connection issues and pantheon is full of bots at the moment (check by holding tab and anyone aside you with 0ping is a bot). Pantheon is a bad place to test your skill because of this, you are most likely decimating bots that feed you gold. Try playing custom games for the moment as you can be guaranteed to play against real people. You may find it more challenging. After the official release in europe and a community builds up pantheon/skirmish may become

They have fixed the collection of favor points, however sometimes (often) the items you buy with them are not stored correctley. I spent some time to collect favor points so i have them available to spend when my items disappear (probably sacrifice to gods).
