Demigod has nothing to fear as far as the casual player is concerned. Demigod wins hands down. Demigod is also, unquestionably, a work of art. For people who play to get as good as they can and then go compete (in order to get better), HoN has everything we could want.

I've been unbanned. The issue is settled. Thank you all for the support. I will try to contribute more in the future. P.S. pacov, you silly bones, I was not referring to the entire community as asshats, just the people who play for one day and then cuss out Stardock in the forums. You win the award for misinterpreting me more times than any other person :)
Demigod has a built in 350ms delay. If you are used to fast twitch games it is quite noticeable.
Who's "you guys"? You should probably first find out what you're talking about before making such statements.
Condescend all you want. I'm not the typical clueless asshat you're used to. Someone at GPG or Stardock ("you guys") made the decision. You've stated you favor the 1900+ casuals over the 100+ competitives. I understand your position and appreciate the honesty. Now I know where to spend my time.
Team automatch is not hard. Seriously Brad, GPGnet had everything the competitive community needed (minus a few bugs but whatever). You guys chucked it in favor of whatever it is you expected Impulse to become. "Random Teams" does not solve the problem. The outcome of a skill based RTS should not be determined by a roll of the dice.
I admit to being guilty of having done this a few times. Especially because half your stats don't update until you play a Pantheon game. My apologies, but there are certainly things I've done in my life I feel sorrier for. 'tis sad there is no team automatch yet.
Frogboy have you seen the HoN beta?
Lifekatana, I saw your question before. Would you mind if I delay answering it until after the "Battle the Developers"?
Let's not spread crap. Every once in a while Stardock's ISP takes a dump. Do yourself a favor and check the stats again 15 minutes later.
hat did they do? Their horn of battle build? Who won?
It's an ancient replay at this point. Only a few days after the birth of the strategy.
Hey guys, I love Germans, I really really really do. But do you know what this thread title appears to say at first glance to an English-only speaker?
honestly yall are complaining again just because no one high up has been talking to you. Which is very sad on your part. It's always nice to hear from the publishers and devs(when it happens) but its not something that is required for the game to last and/or continue being great. And just because they get quiet for a few days or a week doesn't mean they've suddenly abandoned something as big as a game which costs huge amounts of time and money to build initially.

No they are not. You gonna need them for 1v1 dual battle. And in late game with plenty of mana, minion-related stacking items and passive abilities, they are not that bad. But, again general idols are much better than yeties; you need get them first, then get yeties in very last order.
lol. Yetis suck man. To actually take Yetis over another skill is an inferior use of skill points.
If they can't reproduce it, they need to go to the store, buy a machine with the same specs as most people who are complaining and beat the hell out of it. "We can't reproduce it" is only valid for a day or two. After that, you need to take whatever steps are necessary to reproduce it.
Let's see if we can get this thread deleted too. /signed P.S. This is GPG for you. They make great games, get 90% done, and move on.
This is GPG for you. They did the same shit with Forged Alliance.
Just because the issue seems small, doesn't mean it actually is. For the numbers to not work together as intended means there is something wrong on a deeper level than just a simple number in a line of code needing to be changed.
wtf are you talking about? The high priest bug is two characters.
the constant spam of minion erebus in Pantheon (thanks a lot Shadow. You started this mess.)
Yetis are garbage.
I've got a question: I guess that a lot of Minion Erebus take the Ring of Divine Might favor item. Does the temporary effect of this item also affect the Nightwalkers by temporarily increasing their damage? I tested it with QoT and it does not affect her Shamblers, only the idol minions.
It doesn't increase their damage any further when activated, it simply makes them able to toss grunts up to priests asside.</p
Got it now. Thank you for your help. I can't believe we are going to be battling the developers and not allowed to use favor items.
MuehliMan, the ESL signup is not working. It still says we don't have enough players of type demigod_ingame. Which is bull because I made sure all of our team members went into My Games->Customize and added Demigod to "my games" and then clicked save.
I would lower the health of vamps a bit, maybe 20% considering how many of them you can get..
Yikes! How about we just fix the horn first?
