Post a dxdiag.

Oh, I wish I wish people would read nowadays. The statbox right now only displays the selected demi's HP. It needs to display more. I don't know how much simpler I can make it, but SupCom's model of letting you guess the enemy unit's stats doesn't work when there's only so few.
R300, R420 cards don't have shader model 3, which is required in Demigod, but instead use shader model 2.0b.
Yeah, your graphics card doesn't have SM3 and can't render the game correctly.
Ah, now I remember. The X series have a wierd SM2.0 and doesn't support SM3. Maybe Demigod is using SM3 shaders without checking for their presence. It isn't until the X1000 series that SM3 support is available; neither X300, X400, X700, X800 have the model even though they are DX9.
Isn't the X800 cards the same ones that had trouble with Bioshock? It might just be an architecture issue.
Seeing that mines are buggy, I'd think the catapult was standing near a mine and your hero was trying to shoot the mine. It happens alot with towers.
Wait what? Arrow keys?
I'd like a expandable board with your team's HP/MP/Respawn timer though. It would make keep track of your teammates so much easier.
Then the Rook's stun needs to be named "STOP!"
It's not hamachi. It's the way the game engine works. Every player has to be connected to every other player. When using hamachi and getting nils, that simply means the two computers can't find each other because they aren't on the same network. Hamachi is even a solution to the nil problem that SCFA suffers because it's a VPN tunnel that allows people behind CONE NATs to play with each other. When you're in a physical lan, there's basically unlimited (well, 100/1000mbps) bandwidth so
I really like how when hovering over a Demigod, a HP bar and the health points pop up in a small box. Now since alot of this game is calculation, there really needs to be more vital information in the stat box, especially as the game gets more crowded and hectic. I suggest that the pop up show: HPbar Current/Total HP Current/Total Energy DPS Armor
Oh, forgot the links: 32bit: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=9b2da534-3e03-4391-8a4d-074b9f2bc1bf&displaylang=en 64bit: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=bd2a6171-e2d6-4230-b809-9a8d7548c1b6&displaylang=en
C:\work\forge\beta\code\src\core\WinMain.cpp That suggests to me that the error is a C++ runtime error. Try getting the C++ redistributable from Microsoft. If that doesn't work, start ending non-vital processes. Also, post a DxDiag.
Zaisha, I would look at texture quality settings in your graphic control panel first. Set them all to normal and check the game again.
Since both Demigod and SupCom are built on the same engine, it's not suprising that the two games have similar techinical problems. One of those I would identify as critical is the intolerable amount of bandwidth the game requires from each player in the game. For those not privvy, this is how the current system works: Player A hosts the game and B, C, and D join said game. A connects to B C D. B connects to A C D... and ecetera. That means there's 3 c
A slight aura effect around Regulus would help loads.
Hell, a slight aura effect around all Demigods would help. They're demigods so they deserve a golden halo.
Can you post a log?
Processor Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 540 @ 1.86GHz, 1862 Mhz, 1 Core(s), 1 Logical Processor(s) That's going to kill you.
I don't know why they slimmed down the options available in settings. SupCom hard barely enough in the first place.
XP 32bit can only address 2GB per program. The other 2 GB is reserved. The 2GB that XP32 can address includes: graphic memory, sound, misc. hardware, and the game itself.
Post in the beta forum along with your technical specifications (DxDiag w/ video information, OS version). If you don't know how to make a DxDiag, google is your friend.
This games hurts my eyes: there's just simply too many elements on screen at one time. The lack of strategic icons doesn't help much either.
If it lags when casting a spell, I would look towards swap file usage (running out of physical RAM) and HDD fragmentation. Srshifke: What kind of lag?
1) The card is DX9 compliant so it should be able to run the game. 2) It's probably a graphics card setting. Go into CCC and fiddle around with them.
