I was in the beta, however I only ordered the digital copy of Demigod. Will I still receive the infamous Rook, or is this a boxed version exclusive? If the latter is true, is there anyway I can possibly upgrade to the boxed version and still receive the goodies that go with the collector's edition?
I like the ring of that, /double interested [e digicons][/e] [e digicons][/e]

I like the thought of more demigods coming out in later expansions (That'll probably be my dream for tonight [e digicons]:dur:[/e] )
I still don't see how 1150 damage every 3-5 seconds is a bad thing... in addition to the ability to heal yourself for 1500 just as fast. She also bans Demigods from using skills for twice as long as ColdTB Stuns.
It should also be noted that pounce also gives a bonus to her evasion and movespeed, and her silence (in my opinon) can be used very well against a melee combatant.
As a support hero(ine), Sedna is the best. As an assassain, Sedna is the worst. I personally don't think that THE support hero(ine) should have the damage out-put of the other generals let alone the assassains. This could be my own biased mind twisting this into something it's not, but that is what I think.
We all want little green garden gnomes =,( Thanks for the replies =D
As a general-only artifact, what about an artifact that replaced a general's minotaur summons (or gave an entire new option) of a Giants summoning idol? Xan25 and I were bouncing this idea off each other, and we both favored it for end-game fighting. The giants could also go up in tiers (as the current minotaur/archer/priest summons do) or they could be a single kind of minion.
When I was waiting in an online game lobby (hosted by Xan25) I noticed I could see the "join game" button, as well as the outline of the game-selection screen, behind the game lobby. That is all for now.
I think we should wait for all the elements to be added into the game before anybody makes any final decisions. That being said, there are a lot of games in the same vein as Demigod (Dota, Enfos just to name some map variants similar to Demigod) and I don't think Gas or Star are looking to coin a new genre name as well as a new game. Just my 2 cents.
Hooray for cash prizes!
I've never read what armor or dodge actually do in DG combat. I'm guessing that armor gives a percent dmg reduction, and dodge gives a percent chance to have an attack miss completely. Although I still don't know for sure, so take it with a grain of salt.

The flags already give special bonuses (valor flags, xp flags, debilitating flags to name a few) I don't think they should do more than this, otherwise there will only be battles around flags.
Dr Jones - Outrun Rook's Boulder Roll.
That is funny, and I think it would fit in with the rest of the goofy achievment names! /signed for the achievement
I saw the port zero bug report after I had posted this =P Also, I'll keep them to their own threads from now on!
For what the Rook is best suited at (siege) he excels; as for his DG killing he is decent. He combines massive health and armor with a great wep. dmg. His crap movement speed is easily made-up by items, or by his rock roll stopping enemies. The only thing that should change about the Rook is his stun time (lessen) and his structural transfer (crap at the later levels)
actually a slightly larger problem I've noticed is that TB tends to have issues targeting in general - I'll click on an opposing DG (especially while pursuing) and TB will just sit there, or maybe move towards a demigod a small ways and then stop again. Never had any problems like this with regulus, which makes me think it's a TB problem and not a me problem.
I've had very similar problems with both LE and Reg. I think
I think it should be damage u do on a normal attack + damage it does + extra damages for whatever level your on.
of course the target's armor would be a minus to this damage.
Most of this should be fixed once Star/Gas finally add in the castle feature, where the generals will be able to build a barracks and recruit their army.
I think the Rook already has a "HULK SMASH" feel to him, and I don't think this would shake that image.
That's probably just because you already have the max number of minions out at once, and you are only allowed 4 of each. Other than that I have no idea 0_0
1) Oak can acquire his Last Stand I power at level 8. 2) Occasionally, when setting the port # (e.g. 6073) on the game creation screen (where you can enter name/password) the port # does not stay the same once the game has been created (6073 will turn to 0). I have a theory that this is a just a comp error, or a connection error, but I don't know for sure. 3) On the Lord Erebus achievement list, there is an achievement for creating vampirelings. I
I was playing as TBH on a 1v1 waterfall game, when I upgraded my rain of ice, I noticed the description said (rough paraphrase)"Deals 200 Damage" when I used it however, it did two ice waves each dealing 150 dmg. The same thing happened with level 3 rain of ice, except with 3 waves of 150.
