With the presence of powerful AoEs, and the time it takes or mana it takes to summon up minions, you're often better making them assassins. It'as no fun to crank your full minion build to full wrath as say, Erebus, and have a UB spit in the center and start draining them all, or Regulus Mines, Oak's Surge of Faith, Rook's Towers, Ground Spikes from qoT, numerous TB skills... etc. Minions are fun, but outside the bouhght idols, it's often a very heavy skill investment fo

Pounce needs to be gotten way earlier or not at ll. Ditch Inspiring Roar, ditch Counter Healing unless you find yourself in a situation where you really need it. That's if you want to be mor eeffective on offense earlier, anyways. If you've going 100% support you can almost ditch Pounce except for 1 rank for interrupts.
I played a 4v4 game that was illfated for my team from the start. A Ice TB + Fire TB + Sedna + Oak. vs us, Sedna/UB/Rook/QoT. To be fair though, later in the game they admitted they were all in Vent so they could coordinate via voice chat. You just can't beat that coordination with randoms and text.
Pirated it the day it leaked, played it on hamachi with a bunch of other pirates for a week, and then bought it.
Skirmish and Pantheon are the source of a lot of connectivity isues of late, though my issues are slowly getting better.
2 new DGs. I'm excited. As long as you guys keep working, I'll keep playing. Good on you.
Justice is a dish best served at high velocities! Its silly, sure, but I don't mind it. I rather like it. :D
Yep, a simple blue for lightside, red for dark side would be great.
If the numbers aren't to your liking, there's options to increase the rate of spawn in, and how tough the creeps are. Once you actually play the game and geta feel for it though, the numbers are really just right. Because it's a *constant* trickle, and lane left alone can develop into quite the army. 2 priests per spawn... suddenly there's 10 preists because the lane was never touched and the army just built up and up.
On the flagidea, I think it could be neat if there was a "random flag option". This option would randomly change the types of flags on the map, with a few rules: The Valor flag is always in its same spot, and there's never another, and there won't be more than one type of flag on the map at the same time (to prevent 3 celerity flags from appearing, or etc.) This could help adapt some new strategies on the fly, and help change up games some on the limited amount of maps.
With Maim, Mark, and Mines, Regulus already has a ridiculous number of movespeed altering moves. Giving him speed increase in Angelic Fury, which is very easy to run infinitely even barely mid game, would be a huge mistake, imo.
Regulus and any ensure a pretty clean kill. You run, Reg snipes. You stay, nom nom nom. Sedna + anyone QoT + anyone. Those two above are for obvious reasons: Big heals/bramble shield.
A concession/resignation button is a good button no matter how you slice it. You'll never stop ragequitters, but I think people wil lfeel lss pressured if they know their resignation isn't handing over an AI partner. I've lost connection on joining game sometimes, and the first thing I think is "Shit, my team is fucked, and they'll blame me."
I tend to see more Fire TBs for the burst damage and fire aura, but frost TB is equally useful IMO.
Yeah, I haven't gotten any favor points for a long time, either. I bought the Swift Anklet and haven't received any since.
I think the problem with Yetis may not so much be that they're objectively bad compared to the rest of the minions, but simply that Sedna has so much other stuff better that you neeed to prioritize. Add in mana costs to maintain minions on Sedna who is already chugging mana left and right for Silence/Pounce/Heal spam, and it's not looking good for the poor minion line. I might try a Heal/Pounce/Yeti/Morale Sedna sometime just for fun though, but the idea of losing the p
The early tower push is something I think should be emphasized. So often you see people holding their flag and sitting. No, no, push up to the tower, damage it some, help your creeps. One tower down is a HUGE difference on every map. Your creeps can push further, and you've just deprived enemy demigods of an easy escape.
Very mana reliant, and mit is fairly lackluster until you can get it going. But combine with batswarm, and a heavy mist Erebus would definitely be something to worry about, I think. why not take Morale though? If you're sitting in Mist, you really need your minions to be doing more damage. Immediate problems I see with this build is a very weak early game, which can be a crucial time for Erebus. Mist doesn't scale well and will chew you mana up very badly, and i
I regularly see Regulus, Erebus, and Unclean Beast, and even the odd Sedna soundly trouncing Oak. Not seeing a issue, in my experiences.
They're easily the worst minions, speaking as a heavy Sedna player. I';m just glad I have one skill I can leave alone and not worry about: It's hard enough trying to level up Pounce, Heal, MagPres, Inner Grace, Silence, AND Divine Wind.
Very interesting. Nice work.
I don't kick people unless they have an extreme amount of ping, because even with people with 300 ping, I noticed 0 lag whatsoever. So we're talking 400-500 before I even consider it. People will bitch and leave my lobby because of it, but those that stay noticethre is zero lag. I like to think I'm slowly winning ocnverts to the "don't be anal about ping" side of the fence.
Erebus is still doing just fine.
I think a site like this only serves to divide a community and promote internal aggression. Not good thing, imo.
I think a large 'issue' with the community you're seeing is twofold: The game is almost entirely multiplayer based and extremely competitive and teamwork based. This will innately cause arguements. The game is closely related to DotA, which is *notorious* for its... slightly substandard community, when it comes to people who may not share their universal mindset.
