The last poatch seems to have changed graphics settings. It might be why simspeeds dropped abit. Even on 100% lowest settings, I see VFX that didn't appear before. circles of fire, flashes arounds captured flags, etc.

I see nothing wrong with premade games. It's a fact of life, people want to play with their friends. I do however find it relatively unsporting for premades to try and be sneaky about it. I'm not talking about even just being "neutral" about it, but like, seeming to go out of the way to hide that they're a VoIP team of 3 assassins ready to trigank with Wrath. To me, the idea of playing as a 'coordinated team' as opposed to a "pick up team" is to play against other coordinated
All I can really say about premades is, host your own game and place "no premades please" in the game title. I admit I'm in the camp that would really rather "premades" and clans etc announce themselves somehow instead of leaving us all in the dark, but I understand that opinion's not the popular one here.
Right now I think it's just the collective good feeling.

Dude, I've been playing and tweaking my Ooze build for a ton of games so far... if I don't have around 6k HP by level 10, I messed up somewhere or got p
In a game whose core concept often centers around territory denasil, it's not surprising that a chepa item allowing you to deny territory even when you're not there is one of the most powerful.
When you kill anything - except for minions - you get money and experience (except from towers). Untrue, Towers are woth 300 GP each.
And as I sit and type this post, 5 minutes ago my connection decided to blink out for 8 seconds. apparently this is enoguh to drop the game. (I thought it was 30 seconds?) The rela kicker was that the second everyone became AI, my modem started working again. Sigh. Thank you comcast. It's only the second time it's done it but it's no less frustrating. Anyways I ost this here in the event that the people in the pantheon game I was just in, a UB/Ere
Feel the love in the community.
I have no opinion one way or the other re: doubles, but if someone is already playing UB on my team, I'll probably go as Sedna instead of UB because others tend to be annoyed by doubles.

Haha... a funny side effect of healing simply being "Negative damage". I wonder if UB Diseased Claws himself with a potion, then?
And also eats up a valuable consumable slot.

I think you'll see strategies like those up in effectiveness and be appreciated far more on clan games and arranged teams who understand that effectiveness isn't a Favor Point Number, and however unsung, Heals and Bramble Shields cna save lives.

[quote who="woppin" reply="10" id="2258881"]Erebus does have fairly extreme utility, but he doesnt do much damage. He's a pain to kill because he can mist to remove debuffs and blink to escape (and the only way to stop these is silence/stun because theres no cast time) but he lacks any staying power in combat because he gets roasted pretty quickly by most if not all the other characters without doing much himself. TBH I think Erebus is one of the few DGs that doesnt need tweaking.
I've managed 2 5v5's in my Demigod time and they were two of the best games I've played, especially because I got to play them on Mandala and Zikurat. Really good stuff.

IMO, flow of information should be purposely staunched for the enemy side. Seeing their life is already quite generous. I view the system working on a WYSIWYG approach, with allowances for ally information because it is a necessity for strategic communication. You can SEE an enemy Demigod (Thinking on an "in universe/in game/in character/lore" PoV) and know he's injured and fleeing. You cannot see the metaphsicial spiritual mana energy. And since items only exist as these same spiritual
They're interesting lore tidbits. Regulus becomes a god of righteousness and holistic justice, lawful vengeance, etc.
@Aroddo: I don't think he was denouncing Stardock for their actions here but simply saying that a number of companies today, epsecially on consoles, take advantage of their delivery platform to do what feels like to us as consumer,s purposefully sealing off data that is actually already on the disc(!!) and charging us for what is essentially a "key" to unlock the data. Namco did this with Beautiful Katamari on 360. EA launched The Sims 3 with USD $250 in buyable parts off to t
