I have yet to recieve my retail box as of today, April 21st. I triple checked before the 'deadline' to make sure my shipping address was correct. Anyone else in the same boat? Did I miss an announcement, perhaps? Thanks!

-Mods, feel free to delete if necessary.
I've re-clarified in my post. Thanks for looking into it, I tried again and can still replicate it. Perhaps I've made it clearer now.
Good thought! But no, it didn't seem to be an effect of the towers. It was literally bypassing a cooldown all together if I was using the last of an item that would have otherwise had a cooldown as if I had more. Effectively rendering the cooldown on teleporation scroll, health potion, etc, null.
Hello again - On the whole, after 6 or 7 games I'm really loving Beta Three. The pacing feels great and it's a lot of fun. A few things I found for discussion are below. I didn't do the screenshots like I did for my big Beta 2B bug report (this is much shorter), but I did name these - I thought it might make them easier to reference. Not all are bugs, per se:. 1. Cinematic
I've peronally yet to have issue in any game tonight in beta 3.
...the gameplay overall seems to have been slowed down, if this was done by the devs, its a nice change...not too fast, not too unbearably slow...
I felt the same here - not sure what kind of tweaking made this possible but it felt like a nice pace and not quite as fast as before.

For those not looking closely yet, Beta 2C is indeed out and different from 2B - a few small, nice fixes we've been waiting for!
Beta 2C is out and one of the updates is " + Citadel upgrade cost increases " - this should significantly make the choice more interesting. Check it out.
2. Tab should move the cursor between text fields. 3. In the password text field, tab should not produce visible text (for me it shows a box with an X in it). 4. The text in the password text field should be masked.
Update - Beta 2C fixes this. It's out now.
Yeah I wasn't sure about that either. My "profile" name isn't showing this go around, but it was before.
It just makes it hard to gauge what is important. Citadel upgrades are hard to ignore. Games seem to average about 25-30min for me these days, and while certain items are nice, I find myself getting a few lower to mid level items, and going in and co-op'ing on citadel upgrades. Depending on how long is left after the most important upgrades, I may get one high end item, but usually with never more than 5 min of gameplay left. The high end items, no doubt, are nice, but s
1. The camera is too stiff. A little accelaration at the beginning and end of camera movements would give the game a more elegant feel. An example of this being well done is the game Darwinia (also Multiwinia).
I wouldn't mind this change, but I don't mind the camera at all how it is - I find it effective and well integrated (just IMO).
Voices - got way too cheesy on the character level, and the arena announcer now sounds like he came from the Unreal series
I have to agree here. I made a comment in the first of my two long bug reports about the voice for Regulus being obnoxious... and though I didn't mention it, the voice for the Oak seems off. I expected something huskier and more old king sounding and less bold knight-ish. Also, the Queen of Thorns, while maybe giv

No, Sir, Thank you!
Thanks Tesb & Zubaz. : ) And thanks again Sturmadler! And thanks all the lurkers who gave me karma for this report. Anyone hiring? haha Apologies to Yarlen: I didn't read his post about making individual posts for beta bug reports until after I put this post together (and then proceeded to edit it about 20 times). I'll update this post if there are any followups again. Best-
In short (I said this before, but here it is formally): If we hold right click down, it will move our Demigod where ever we move the cursor. When we eventually let go, our Demigod will walk wherever we let the cursor go. If we single right click, we move as is currently implemented (as of Beta 2b and before). - Also, an aside. I don't really care for the much larger size of the icon (compass?) that shows up when we click to move. Also, it rota
Ladies (I hope there are a few) and Gents, My friend Sturmadler and I spent a few hours before the release of the new update today playing the older version so we could best identify changes and bugs. After a handful of games - some issues I found are below and many, as you can see, are identified with screenshots. I made my notes and cut/pasted a few things in Paint - I don't have photoshop in windows. If it helps up front, I'm playing on the most recent (Feb08)
For more action-pased, scripted, less open games, I have never found anything that measures up the the style and of the old Star Wars X-Wing/Tie Fighter/X-Wing Alliance run god, if they'd actually bother to remake those. The graphics aren't great, but the gameplay still can hold my attention for hours on end.
Dear God, yes. I can't tell you how often my friends and I dream of the day where LucasArts isn
I've had something similar happen, but the only way he'll start moving again is if I teleport or die. Very frustrating. No amount of clicking will change his actual location, but he'll keep the animated walk cycle (and in whatever direction I told him to walk). Alas. Hasn't been a problem the last few games - not sure what's causing it.
The above writeup, along with the character descriptions, give the feeling that they're supposed to come off epic, powerful, and carry some appropriately deep meaning. They're very, very close, but to me they're still falling short. With a little work, as others are already suggesting, I think this can be remedied and a really strong base element could be present that may spawn an even deeper and appreciated fiction. I don't want to be rude, at all, as I'm an artist (filmmaker)
I see it this way: If I steamrolled you I'm going to say GG in recognition of your effort and to show I don't take the victory for granted. If you steamrolled me I'm going to say GG because hopefully I've learned something from the experience, and I appreciate you sharing your skills. If it was closely fought to the end I'm going to say GG because it was a Good Game. GG is shorthand for "I
