Quinn? Try Gnar. Has all the stats he wants for both of his forms. And he already goes Brutalized in 1v1 AD lanes. Will probably be enough to push him back to 50% in soloq. Surely will help Quinn too though. Which is exciting for me at least. Item will probably be needed tho :( UNLESS Riot intends to balance AD Casters against Cinderhulk with this item and allow Smite top to stick around for certain champs.
Part of the "problem" you're going to have is what one guy dubbed the "Quint Quotient". To be fair, there IS a huge difference between a Morg who has Zhonyas and one who doesn't. Morg can also be played in a very safe manner (similar to Janna), against single-target CC lanes. Blitz probably being the biggest one, and actually being one of his opponents last night and he WAS able to get a pretty early NLR. i wasn't referring to last night's game. Mostly just my own observations (usually in-game, and sometimes flawed by emotions or incomplete information). And, when i wrote the quoted post, i did actually forgot that was an Alistar top (? - Cow mentioned he had a Trinity Force), which makes him a much more respectable threat than a support, so preserving your own skin is a lot more important.
Righteous Glory is pretty absurd atm in combination with Cinderhulk... It also has a mega-short cooldown, unlike "Ye Olde Shrelias" which had a very meaningful CD. i certainly feel that there is a strong justification for having 2 Righteous Glories per team (though not always). Sion was HUGE last patch as a jungler . . . Sure, he was even better top, but he was also one of the best junglers. Which just shows good he is :P

In any case, the jungle is similar in difficulty to Season 2 starting with the second clear if you go Trailblazer, but it's got a much higher gold income.

He uses "high skill cap" meaning "high skill capacity". That is, high skill floor, high skill ceiling. Think of it as a really big cup... It can hold a lot of water, but it's kind of dumb to use a huge 32 ounce cup to drink shots. Likewise, "low skill cap" is "low skill capacity". Low skill floor, low skill ceiling. A lot of champs in LoL generally have this "high, high" or "low, low" pattern. Eg, nearly every tank is "low, low", Assassins (when they aren't OP) general

you know that the -10% CDR reduction doesn't actually help your clear speeds since the Smite Rework. It only reduces the ICD from 15 seconds to 13.5. It doesn't make you recharge faster. That said, i do know that Riot wants to change it to recharge faster in the future (maybe this patch with all the tank changes?)
Vi knocks up people en-route to her "R" target. It's just as "multitarget" as a J4's EQ combo. (in fact, a 4-man CC from a Vi ult in a chokepoint was one of the reasons we lost one of our ranked games).
