It's only 2.2 at rank 5. It requires 5 autos or 4 autos plus a jump. Most champs were already dead after five level 18 Tristan autos. So it's only relevant against tanks. Most arcs have a tank shredding ability. The damage in lane is generally weaker than her old spell if you factor in the previous wounds. It only beats it once you get your first BFS item.

You're reading that all wrong... R: the 20% Chum the Waters damage amplification is the same as using DFG on the single target. (One of the problems with Fizz atm is that just DFG + QWE can one-shot your laner if you get just a little bit ahead. You don't even need to hit the ult). W: His W always had a % missing damage ratio... Old Fizz W had two "modes": 1- passive: apply a % missing damage 3 second DoT 2- active: autoattacks apply gri
Assassins seem to be really over the top right now and I am not sure how to play against them as my farm mids any more. I had some success with viegar vs ahri today but it was terrifying.
i dunno. i mean usually there is a few assassins that are good every patch. But that's also true for like mages. Syndra was extremely strong for a long time. Ziggs was one of the top win rate champions for about 6 months last year. Orianna is always a cons

i think you got a random team... you actually got the highest rated team for this week, so it wasn't total crap :) It just picks the highest predicted player for each position you don't have yet, then it goes down the line from there. The "risk" is just how accurate the predictions are... if they are on-point, you've got a good chance. If they aren't... less of a chance.

^ LOL. Also, if you took the -10% summoner cooldown in the Utility tree as a jungler, it looks like it no longer affects Smite (rather than reducing the 75 second "charge" time, it reduces the 15 second "cooldown" inbetween). This is apparently a bug and is going to get fixed next patch: http://boards.na.

Part of the appeal of the item is that it allows you to split push while not actually being in the lane. It allows you do "double split push", or acts as bait if you need to escape. Sunfire Cape for """waveclear""" has been significantly nerfed with the recent minion HP changes... Although i agree that Sunfire Cape would be better as a "first item" or better on laners, in general, because it gives better combat stats and actually gives reasonably cheap + efficient stats agains

Nasus would probably do better with Frozen Heart. CDR == more Qs. A better example would be tanky duelist junglers who want to splitpush (Udyr being #1 but also Volibear, fed Skarner/Hecarims). Can't be punished by "rushing" the item after your jungle item, lots of MR so you can very safely run CDR/lvl blues, has positive syngery with the HP/tenacity jungle enchant.

on the other hand, if you are permafarming the jungle you don't receive EXP nerfs until you are three levels ahead. And you get +5/10 gold per big minion. The missing smite will hurt if you are only farming until level 6 though (Skarner). it also helps lower sustain junglers that need to base a lot, since they will be getting 1 "free" smite every time, which will prevent them from falling too far behind.

Yeah, at IEM the whole botlane meta was really strongly linked to the level 1 camp thing... one of the reasons Soraka was so popular/strong (go triple buiscuit, tank the creeps, heal your ADC to full 24/7... hence the HP5 nerfs). A lot less toplaners do a camp + teleport. The biggest one is Maokai, who can clear the wraith camp with level 1 saplings. Sion can also do it (by getting himself to ~20% hp by running under an enemy tower, then dying to the camp and finishing it with his pas

Here's an Imgur album of some picture. The pictures were really blurry for whatever reason :( http://imgur.com/a/1dYwi We got pretty cheap seats ($60 for two people for two days) that were on the Early Bird Discount. Unfortunately, they rearranged the stage slightly and they became "Low Visibilty" because we no longer had a clear view of the stage. The screen had a pretty great view, luckily, and that's mostly all t

i don't think you're going to have a huge problem. i was away so i didn't have time to comment on Lissandra, but i did like the idea of Lissandra when you first started playing. Anyway, part of her success in the tournament, i think, was that she's a great counterpick against Fizz, Maokai, Gnar. i think that Top and Bot have a problem: there are really only ~3 "good" champs in the lanes: ADC: Graves, Corki, Lucian Sup: Soraka, Janna, Thresh

re: jungle paths There was an article on Cloth5 that has a bunch of route timers: http://cloth5.com/exploring-new-jungle-paths/ Some people criticized them about poor runes/mastery choices, but it's still a lot of numbers that you can reference to use as a springboard. If you have a problem with one of the numbers, it is simple enough to just re-run the simulation yourself (with your own set
it benefits stronger gankers just as much though
i guess i slightly disagree? The good gankers are often able to completely bypass "shallow" wards... Not to mention mediocre gankers are (typically) able to do dragon a lot easier than heavy gankers, and being able to sweep dragon while you're soloing it early is pretty huge. In my opinion, the best way to counter the Raptors is just to have midlane constantly throw their trinket in front of

re: wraith camp buff. My understanding is that it is supposed to be sort of OP. The Wraith Camp can really help "MS" junglers who can really only gank by running at you (Shyvana, Skarner, Udyr, etc), but junglers with point-and-click jumps were able to bypass wards. Also, since it is much more difficult to gank at the 3 minute mark, the wraith camp is a way to improve your ganking for the rest of the game.

i think Ranked teams are disabled atm... But i'd be down for playing. My top lane has gotten a lot better so i can go into that slot if y'all want (it's actually my favorite lane atm). Gnar is a common ban, and Rumble is a somewhat common pick, so i'd probably need a third champ (who isn't Renekton since he's really mediocre atm). My current plan was to bring my Kennen back up to speed.

Testing a more utility+based mastery setup for Hecarim and Skarner (used the same "difficult" route of Red > Blue > Gromp rather than the more efficient route of Gromp > Blue > Red). Skarner and Hecarim both seem do to a lot better as 5/13/12. There were about the same speed (ofc, it's not like the last 5 points of Defensive tree do anything for jungling), but ended up ~100 hp higher. i'd expect that he would jungle faster in successive clears with reduced smite C

i mean, i think there's a difference at taking someone who is naturally good at something, and playing that jungler to their strengths. You don't take Lee Sin and farm: you gank. You don't take Fiddle/WW/Nunu and ignore dragon: you slay it. However, let's say you decide to do some silly runes + masteries (flat AP reds, flat AS blues, flat HP quints) to take dragon at the 3:00 mark "every time". Well now rather than playing towards y
