It sounds quite interesting. I'd remove most of the chance on activated skills, since I don't like that. It makes him less of a rouge/ninja/stealthy type and more of a random chance/luck type. It'd be much better to have a DG that dedictade to random chance and luck. There is also a major problem. The enemy can easily get something to remove his cloak (those 50g items), so he needs a way to counter them. I guess one way is to buy his own and kill the enemies, but I don't know if that'

Funny, because when I was playing DotA (and hosting because if I didn't the game usually lagged) I remember that even one player with high ping ruined it for everyone and a single lagger would lag the whole game up. Both are symptons of a p2p system. Since it's my word against yours, you're going to have to quote a source (preferably a Blizzard website).
True story. Warcraft technically uses peer to peer but it's not truely peer to peer. None. They have no affect on gameplay. I think they say First blood is important because it gives you a gold advantage (and disadvantages the one who died). Really though it's pretty insignifacnt and shouldn't sway the game much.
Wc3 melee games are hosted upon servers, which players connect to. In custom games, all players connect to a single server(the host), in which the host sends information to all the other players. Player(2) and player(3) don't communicate directly I believe. If the host goes down, than the game searches for a new one. If it can't find one, than the game ends.
Source?
Ok, whenever I try to use the ingame chat, I get a "closing link: liq3 (my_ip) (excess flood)" message (not exact, but close). Help would be appreciated.

Well, people make hateful remakes, not the quitters. Yeh, I can understand feeders... Though it's kinda funny when a whole team feeds. lol. I just find the amount of gold you get atm fine. I usually die at most 5 times in a game, and that's pretty terrible play for me (or someone else fed the enemy...). My average deaths per game is probably around 2, which is about 2000 gold, so you can see why I don't find the amount you get a problem.
You are right. Currently they stack as in 2 * 4 = 8x damage. It should do 5x damage. The way it works now, having both crit items gives you an extra 3% damage boost. Hardly significant.
Everyone DG is overpowered and underpowered depending on who you ask.
Doesn't change the fact I had 5000hp and 2500 armour with TB. :/

Here's some counters... Tower Spamming Rook - Take out his towers and his screwed, or distract them with creeps and kill him quickly. Erebus with minions is extremely annoying when playing this build, since his minions absorb all the tower fire, allowing Erebus to walk in and attack. The only other real option is to overwhelm Rook with several DGs at once.
Here's an idea. Wait until he uses the stun, THEN teleport away while it's on cooldown.
