Ok, I'm reaching out to see if there is anything I'm overlooking or if this is simply an outstanding issue that I need to wait to be resolved. I'm unable to connect to a single skirmish game. I have followed the_monk's guide and have 6100-6200 udp/tcp forwarded as well as updated ImpulseReactorOptions I'm on TWC cable modem and run Vista 64 with no problems joining or hosting custom games.
