There is an easy answer for balancing minions...but as this game is unsupported, it will not occur. You shouldn't just be able to buy them. They should only be buyable after the first rank of the minion has achieved a certain amount of damage. If someone buys the first rank of gunner and does enough damage to go and buy the seige demolisher then fine. As for the monks, leave them as they are but require the same upgrade requirement...as they are primarily for healing and not damage it will ta

I played somebody that did this and I was oak. He may have been noob (but so am I). I went pen, shield, save, pen+shield, surge, save, pen+shield. I walked straight into the back portals and locked. Then ganked whenever they tried to take it back. His silly spirits were just annoying and I didn't ever take down the towers. I was playing as oak not long ago and someone used it on me in a fight so that I wouldn't have enough mana for shield 3. I died as a result...so, it paid for itself. There's nothing wrong with getting it for a surprise now and then, but I don't think it's a viable regular option.

Didn't DG copy DoW1 and DoW2 when it made flags? I'm pretty sure this was the basic premise of the DoW RTS game...the fact that it's modifiers rather than a direct source of income is just a new adjective.

It still does this every time I see someone lock the vitality flag the second time. I don't know how code would be written to do this when something recurs, but it seems like an easy fix.
