I find that that QoT bug happens whilst you are enclosed in the flower, but not so much when you are open. But I might be wrong, I don't play QoT much.

so the 0.1s cast time Ice TB spells actually take 0.45s from when you click? that would explain why its so damn hard to interrupt skills such as mines or heal..

you got the stacking info from demigodwiki i assume. its wrong. both auras provide a flat bonus, which does not stack over time.
