Swift Anklet, Boot of Speed, Journeyman Treads, Wand of Speed, Godplate, maxed Inner Grace, Giants, Flag Locks.
I highly doubt this will win or turn around a game, unless the UB was stupid enough to not have TP scrolls. I was more just trying to communicate to the OP (who I doubt will ever check this thread again) that he can completely dominate the game like nothing else as well. I only recommended Crown for the max arm
Quoting germ0nik, reply 20 What I am saying is that this UB complaining about Sedna being strong completely ignores how dominant his DG is at the end of the game, particularly against the DG he is complaining about. The thing about the OP is that he was probably playing a spit build. Spit is terrible against Sedna because heal just removes it, so she dominates you early and mid-game. An ooze build is much better because you
I'm not really trying to say it's a problem, although it may be depending upon your perspective of game design. What I am saying is that this UB complaining about Sedna being strong completely ignores how dominant his DG is at the end of the game, particularly against the DG he is complaining about. The simple fact is that support DGs do not scale at the end of the game because nothing modifies the amount healed/shielded. Weapon damage
To be fair: If you can get the Bulwark, how of often can someone on the other team save up enough for that?
Just out of curiousity, what items would you suggest for Sedna to counter a UB of a full ooze/crit/auto-attack build? There is no viable counter-gear. Sedna needs at least H. Crown to do more then 3 max rank heals. Wearing Bulwark and H Crown and the other highest mitigation arm
Try using Sedna with Bulwark of the Ages. She's prettty much unkillable with it.Try using any Demigod with Bulwark. They won't die because it adds a huge amount of health, regen, armor, and takes away a quarter of your dps. But they sacrificed 16000 gold for it, and they'll be underequipped in other ways.
No. Do you really want to experiment with this? Bulwark d
The guy above is a little angry, but he makes some decent points. If you play Pantheon, you don't quit out of it, because otherwise people see you as a gigantic quitting whore, and then you can't play custom either. After that, you are left with essentially nothing except a good old single player matchup.
I support nerfing Sedna's heal time if UB's max damage output at level 20 with artifacts is put at 30% of what it is now. There is no tank UB with artifacts set available in the game that will allow Sedna to heal more then 2-3 times without OOMing. Sedna is strong in midgame, but not nearly as strong as other DGs endgame. Sorry, deal with it.
Thanks for this reply Frogboy, a lot of good information.

amazing video! and what a beautiful girl! also...I would say I pity you, but there is a price to pay for developing video games!
This thread is worse then watching an abortion debate.
This. I've had games where we started out with five deaths and no map control within just a few minutes of the game start. Won it, too.
You can turn around an 0-5, but if it gets to 10 kills before you have a third of that, you are almost certainly going to lose the match, as that means you are most likely being dominated at flag caps (thus being beat to rank 10), and your opponent will have vast sums of money and be much more prepared to throw down the
/noAI definitely does not work in Pantheon/Skirmish.
These are all very good suggestions, sad to see that some of these are NYI. I find that using Sedna can sometimes be frustrating because of the tendency of DGs to path onto the exact same area when attacking another DG. This can result in quite a clusterfunk when you are trying to heal yourself, or another DG.
Facing muliple demigods will absolutely push you out of a lane. That should happen quite often against humans. Suggesting that 'the lane is yours' as if this isn't the norm in a multiplayer game is laughable. I don't know what caliber of opponents that poster played against but they can't have been very good. Or he is used to large maps with 2 people on each team.
What I am saying is that not every DG takes two enemy DGs to force out of a lane
Your overly simplistic outlook is laughable: "Get ~3k gold in health items (not hard at all, that's easily obtainable just by creeping to level 6) and sit in the lane. That's really all there is to it. Nobody is going to be able to take the lane from you as long as you have that much HP, so yay, the lane is yours." I'll farm this out to the rest of the thread. Does anyone else really think that Demigod is this simple? Does anyone really think that you can easily j
So untill they implement group skirmish/pantheon people will still want to play with their friends. I don't really blame people, multiplayer is less fun with random people, especially when you are paired with a complete noob, lol.
Why not go to custom games with your premade where you are more likely to be matched up against another premade? Especially if you advertise yourself as such.
wtf if you do not want to play with premades do not join in custom games. better yet you take the initiative to ask if the other team is premade. so you expect the host to repeat to everyone that joins this is a premade team. if it bothers you ask yourself custome games are for premades later on there will be skirmish/path premade join options. why play a multiplayer game if you do not meet people you like gamen with and stick with them.[/quo
So then you'd have people quiting after the match started & you get stuck with "AI"
You do know that very commonly when people quit out of the connection info area it will just start the game 2v1? I doubt people would quit out of an actual game, because the people that tend to do premades, also tend to massively whore their stats.

I just made another thread in ideas about this at http://forums.demigodthegame.com/355043 There is a very simple solution to this problem, do not display player names in the connection info tab when the games are starting. There is no valid reason for that information to be there anyways (in Pantheon/Skirmish).
They can already play in premade games together in custom games, I'm not trying to blame the players. I'm saying that this system screws up Pantheon because people quit out when their buddy isn't in connection. I have no objection to a Pantheon ladder, but as was stated in another thread, leave premades in custom, please. Removing player names from the connection info tab would do prevent this from being an issue. If y
