Greed and Racism for some sure....but not the majority of who are opposed. They believe if the government runs healthcare, people lose even more freedom as stated in the constitution. No, I don't support this idea of the government trying to take over our lives, but its what I've been hearing from my conservative friends.

I'm addicted to this game...been playing 24/7
My own opinion is that it isn't really any different than the PvP in early WoW... looks nice..plays same ole same ole..
Ohh yea I agree, I think what I meant is that the game is more centered around PvP than WoW is, ya know with the whole PvPvE and the HUGE abyss zone...its so pretty :)
Wow....obvious [e digicons]:troll:[/e] is obvious
Because making a stardock praise thread when I personally believed they did not deserve praise was constructive? Morale boost may have been the maximum constructiveness it could have offered. I know im the target of all these troll thread's, and thats fine. I just call things like I see them, if that happens to anger an entire community, then I think that community has problems to begin with. Stardock believes they support
Ooooooo [e digicons][/e] love this idea!!!!!
Actually, the people making this community "toxic" are the ones who have made other communities toxic - it has, in fact, little to do with the game itself at all. People complain, whine and bitch in completely non-constructive and unhelpful ways because the internet based forums for any community serve as little more than a place for these types of people to vent every thought that pops into their uneducated minds without censorship. They
The one weekend i was able to play it gave me the nostalgic flair of EQ coupled with a modern and fantastic UI, insanely good graphics, which displayed flawless on my aging comp and a fresh story, that is not half bad. If i ever subscribe to a fantasy MMORPG again, it will be Aion. I really was awestruck, but that just me.
I agree here with ya man. The lore of that game is truly fantasti
I honestly think most of the DG community is on your side here bud, and is doing the same thing you were. I myself only came to the forums to see strats and try and join a guild. But now I think those that actualy appreciate the game and are content with the support SD is giving it, should speak up and just give an Internet Five [e digicons][/e] (lulz he only has one finger) to the Frogman and SD for putting up with some of this forum shit. Got a tech prob? send it
Quoting Polynomial, reply 9 Also. Demigod 2 by Stardock. I support this notion.
That would be great...but I just can't wait for Elemental! Stardock developed! And Frogboy has stated numerous times that they learned the lessons of Demigod's faults and won't let it happen again (even though SD was responsilbe for very little of the problems to begin with). Kudos to you SD, keep up the best of work you
You just divided by zero
I kind of like how Zero Punctuation puts it at the end of his videos. "Fans are clingy; complaining; dipshits who will never ever be greatful for an concession you make. The moment you cut out thier shrill tremulous voices the happier you'll be for it..." Thats how alot of our community seem to be Also i am reminded of brats who ask "are we there yet?" 5 minutes go by, "are we there yet?" ect ect ect. I don
From my experience in the closed betas so far in the simplest manner: "Aion is a GREAT alternative to WoW for those that are burned out, and has a much more compelling PvP aspect to it." Delving any further would simply be my own opinion of the game. So there ya have it.
Erebus/UB? Seems to be a pretty elite combo for dark.
Please elaborate...what does 'Learn to play' entitle? I really hate the people that say learn to play then come back, without helping the 'n00b' by teaching him some strategies you picked up along the way. It just comes off as elitest, which is what the OP is adressing in his post. Be helpful and give the newbies some tips and tricks to help improve their game, rather then scold them for sucking and telling them to 'Learn to play, then come
/signed Very well put, both of you. The only suggestion to this is to make it an option in game. The reason is a LOT of the elite players like quick 2v2 matches, so they would most likely not apprectiate their game being slowed down even more because towers are too strong (even though it would allow more DG strategy since seige DG's would be welcomed). Other than that, great idea!
I'm new to the forum and world, if you couldn't tell Well let me surprise you, which is that when you're very good at a game, it's incredibly irritating to lose because your ally sucks, or the enemy team are friends and didn't tell you. We're all waiting and praying with you Stone...just gotta give them time and hope these updates will be out before October.
Doesn't it help DG that SD isn't involved in SupCom 2? Last I read it was GPG/SE doing SupCom2, so it still leaves SD to help push DG along....wow so many abbreviations lol [e digicons][/e]
Friend me up Az and I'd be happy to play along with ya and show ya some ropes. Sorry you got put in with the l337 tards, but most of us are here to play for a good time. Send me a PM sometime, we'll see what we can do :)
I can understand where you are coming from bozwell. I too fully appreciate the effort Stardock and GPG has put into stabalizing Demigod's multiplayer, but I believe they shouldn't take the blame for their servers crashing. Yes they should have been a little more prepared for the pirating issue, however it was Gamestop who released the game a day early, during Stardock's vacation time. The devs come back the next day and realize their game has just undergone
STAT TRACKING IS BROKEN. Yes, stats are. Not who you played with.. wow.. need some pills there buddy? LOL You learn by losing in a fair match. You don't lose by being dominated. Maybe you're just trying to justify easy wins? Says who? You can learn ALOT by being dominated.
I lold right there [e digicons]XD[/e]
Wow! This is also basically my own strategy of using Oak, however I never even considered the cloak of night as my favor. I MUST try this out haha! Great job man.
I understand where your coming from Ezze, and I wish it could work out where everyone in each game were on equal levels of skill so the game was interesting and competitive. But in reality, this won't always happen. We have to remember, Demigod is just a video game, not a way of life. People play for different reasons, but I'd say the majoirty play for entertainment and a break from reality. These same people usually dont have much time, so if a no noobs or pro
Could be added as a game option...lets call it "Hardcore Mode" lol. But for a normal conquest game, I don't think its a great idea because it promotes the only way to beat your opponent is to get kills, which has not been true in 80% of the conquest games I've played. But it would be a cool option to have for the crazies out there [e digicons][/e] .
