I like hedgies approach, hower i would keep it by 70% 1st place 30 % 2nd place and the $60 (3x $20) for getting the highest points in the roundrobin (regardless of your final place)

It's official now, I'm back to stick around in demigod a while and try to reincarnate the game demigod with the help of some awesome supporters in Demigod! I was playing LoL, but got tired of random pugging because people are too stupid in their heads. Then I launched an approach to StarcraftII and fought my way up instantly to diamond league, but then realized that the pro league is far from reach because of real life time constraints. So now i'm back to kick some ass in DEMIGOD :D

There should be definitely the sounds and music of demigod in the background. It adds to the intensity and atmosphere of the game. Maybe record sound/voice with a different program if it gives to much trouble?
man i'm so excited about the replay commentaries! I hope it works out well! And we can post them in an orderly fashion on youtube as well! That will advertise the game so much and revive the game. The reason I bought the game was because I saw a replay on youtube from frogboy playing fire tb with his teamspeak voice , and thought this game looks awesome !
Given the low amount of teams in the tournament and the relatively low price, I would say divide it between 1st (70%) and 2nd (30%) place or winner takes all (100%).
I think that looks great pacov. However I wouldn't want to give away the length of the game, plus I prefer you commentating on a game you haven't seen before. To fill in words in the beginning talk about the game, events, players, strategies, and about the single demigods. basic stuff is always interesting for new to average players :)
i vote 2 and best of 5 with one option of free for all demigod selection if that's even an option. It would be whenever one team wants to do the free for all game. could be the first game second third or last.

I'm for either. After all I think only a few tier 1 demigod games would be very interesting to watch given the different skill levels of players in this game.

I don't want to sound smart, but last tournament everybody was worried about the queen beast combo, which did not even make it to the final. So hypothesizes are worthless, our system is balanced very well I think.
