I always thought things get better if your population grows....how do I stop my population from growing ???? I guess I have to kill em all but I don't want to be evil. And how do I do that anyways ???? It may be propaganda that causing all of this... but I don't think so.

I have the same problem...what can I do....morale is the hardest part of the game for me....and it always makes me stop playing the game because I dont know what to do. (:( Right now my morale for the game is low. it's just to hard,and I'm playing on normal difficulty.
I have exactly the same problem, This is the only game that I have that will not play the wavs files in game. ~SDC~
I have a PII 400 and on small it runs alright I dont no about the larger maps. The SFX wave files will not work in the game, but work allright outside of the game?? ~SDC~
