the ship EXP thing would also not be too difficult for the casual player. That is a *very* good idea. idea for starbases: use 3 constructors to make a space settlement ala Isaac Asimov's "Nemesis." like, Settlement skeleton (framework and skin) settlement interior (homes, offices, etc) settlement life support (farms, power supply, air, etc) it could have a base popcap of 1200,small research and ship construction ability, and ability to mine (if implemented) nebula

[quote]4 Dimensions: Space-Time 3 Dimensions: Space 2 Dimensions: A Plane 1 Dimension: A Line 0 Dimensions: A Point (of zero size) Another way of looking at it: Dimensions 1 to 3: Width, depth & height Dimension 4: Time Dimensions 5 to 13 (probably): This is where it gets really interesting, but these dimensions have sort of collapsed into each other and anyway are tiny, I suggest you read as much Steven Hawkins as you can manage, then read Flatland by I
add defense to it
trade them to Minors, man. Easy techs.
The "Galactic Ownership" is calculated with the amount of battles(some mathematical equation) to the square root of the total points (equation) to the number of members times 1.233434 divided by 1000. joke aside, the main decider is the battle total, and then points. They create the galactic ownership, and members probably has nothing to do with it except it means more points
What's this thing about "To stop these structures form becoming too powerful, we will not allow any more construction on this starbase The United Planetary Council" No starbase-impeding UP laws were in effect.
how about "kill the other team" rules?
yay! We're doomed!
the world may never know.
