say i want to ally with anoth civ. How exactly to i get them to be be close, i can get friendly but no matter what i do they seem to stay there, i've already researched alliances.

yeah i think u hit the nail on the head there. I think i wasn't using enough funds. Now i have the trouble of losing popularity as planets get overcrowded and having to adjust my taxing accordingly otherwise i end up making 3 bc a turn with an approval of 1% oh dear.

well they don't have an unhappy face, maybe i'm taxing too high. How else can i improve the morale?

No resources? in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

Every now and then some of my planets stop all production stating they have no resources. I have plenty of bc so i don't understand what the problem is. any help?
