I wouldn't mind seeing some rebalancing to a lot of the items in the shop and the favor items. I'm not really gonna give my opinion on what favor items are better or worse, but I think its fair to say that there are some that are considerably less useful. Granted some cost less favor points, but in the long run everyone's gonna have all the favor items anyway. I wish it didn't feel like some of them were just gonna make the other obso

I take back everything I said. :D I just tried the Crimson Vial and I think it's my new favored favor item.
Is Heaven's Wrath AoE or something?
Isn't an item that helps you kill generally better than an item that helps you run away? Running away is a step towards losing after all. And that's assuming a game gets to such a late stage. But which other items are better in late stages, and why?

It seems like the consensus among experienced players is that the Blood of the Fallen favor item is almost always the best one to take. 800hp right out of the box does seem like a pretty big advantage. Its significant even in the late game. In the early game, it almost seems nonsensical not to take it at least if you think your opponent is going to take it. That characteristic puts the item in danger of being OP. I would suggest that instead of a straight 800hp bonus, it be changed to
Yep, I meant to say I was on Cataract. And the 15% health flag explains it!
Poked around a bit more. Maybe she was level three and had banded armor plus footman's sabotons. I really don't think she was level 3, but I guess I can't be sure. But how could she have waited to get the extra 150 gp at the beginning before item buying and be level three already in the time it would take for me to go to the middle flag, take it, and then go the left flag?
In a game I just played, the opponent Sedna had >3200hp (unforunately, I don't remember the exact amount) the first time I saw her. And the first time I saw her was right at the beginning of the game, just as the two teams were engaging to claim flags for the first time. I asked her how she had so much hp, and she said "Blood of the Fallen and Banded Armor." But that math doesn't add up. She must have had something else that she forgot to mention. Poking around at
I'm starting to suspect my sound card driver. I got another BSOD which mentioned p17.sys, which is that driver--and which, I now discover, is a notorious troublemaker. I've now been able to complete two games in a row (highly unusual!) with /nosound.
Tried to play again. This time, I didn't get an access violation. I got a BSOD. :D Stop 0x00000050 (0xB9C07BB8, 0x00000000, 0x81E586DA, 0x00000000) I think the text said "PAGE_FAULT_IN_NON_PAGED_AREA." I'll also send this to , of course, but someone here once said they'd like to see the above info when it comes to BSODs.
I send them every time, for the record.
....aaaaand it happened again. Actually, forget it. I'm not going to play anymore. This is too aggravating. I'll watch for patches. :/
It's when I'm winning. When I'm winning, the game crashes. That is all.
As a host, all he cares about is that you have a history of getting disconnected from games
Looking around in pantheon.demigodthegame.com, it seems the great majority of players have a large number of disconnects on their record. This makes it almost impossible to be choosey concerning disconnectiveness. (It's a good word even if I just made it up.)
if you "control" a lane you are getting the creeps while denying your opponent, as your creeps are getting killed by their towers
In another thread, though, it was shown that you get gold and exp from creeps killed by towers near you. So you just have to hang back and you get all the same gold and exp as though you were on the front killing them. Seems strange, I agree.
Does the update we got late Wednesday night (June 3rd) address the apparent increase in unhandled exception errors from v1.01?
At least, I never noticed this before. If I tell both my Demigod and my Minions to attack another Demigod, then my Demigod will attack them, but my minions will just attack the nearest unfriendly unit. It's difficult to get them to target the Demigod itself. Anyone else noticed this?

Here's a link to part of a screenshot: http://igradeyourpaper.com/templar.jpg That little portrait showed up while I was waiting for a Skirmish game, and stayed there after I cancelled the wait and went back to the main menu. For what it's worth, I was having problems getting a Skirmish game to successfully connect everyone together, but that happens about half the time anyway, so there's no reason to think that's related.
