Not sure exactly who to ask about this. I haven't used this computer in about four months. Today I tried to play Demigod online. It tells me there's an update available, and to click on "update" to activate Impulse and get the patch. That I do. But Impulse tells me I must log on to Impulse in order to download and install the update. I can't quite figure out how to do that though. I did go to the "my impulse" button at the bottom, and there was a login screen there. I gave my username and pas

A couple of people have said this general doesn't have non-idol minions. But he does. The ball lightning is his minion. He summons it, and it fights for him until it dies, at which point it explodes.
Since the movement keys are hard coded and can't be changed, it's difficult to come up with a decent keyboard reassignment for the keys we are allowed to reassign. Ideally, I want to be able to hit any of my hotkeys without having to move my hand. Normally, I'd assign everything to a grid of twelve to sixteen keys somewhere on the keyboard, but alas, with DG, this can not be. What do you guys do?
I get a BSOD every time I play Demigod unless I use /nosound. I'm okay with using /nosound, though obviously I wish I didn't have to.
I'd say for attacking the "right" demigod you might be better served attacking the same demigod whomever the first teamate is attacking (unless for some reason the guy he isn't attacking has low health). Even if the first person chooses the "wrong" target, you are both likely doomed if you don't try to focus one down. So I'd say a better statement regarding that might be: Focus enemy demigods with your teamates, try to attack
It's nice to see the judgment on minions has swung from "They're worthless" to "They must be nerfed!" I played against a minion swarm Erebus yesterday. It was seriously like if I couldn't GTFO immediately, he'd be able to instakill me. It's not just people's whimsical opinions that changed, the units themselves were changed dramatically... previously they didn't actually attack what you told them to and now they
Actually, I am not sure what
Quoting Shurdus, reply 5Some of the things make a lot of sense, but also some of these things are highly advanced stuff. Knowing exactly when to get what in the citadel comes to mind... It takes quite a big chuink of experience to know those things. In a month from now, your views on your current strategies may have changed quite a lot so even you may consider the things that you do now quite nooby in a month.<br

Do any good players use Bestial Wrath? I've gatherd that it's skill non grata.
Last night, I had the best/worst example of this, ever. First, partner said "afk" and was gone for about three to five minutes. But then came the really cool part. Partner came back. But only to say, and I quote here word for word: "Going to bed. AFK and GL ;)" And he left.
Warlord's Punisher only drains 400 MP every 30 seconds. That seems like practically nothing to me. Looks like there's no effective mana drain in the game.
As the title says. I didn't think there was an item that drained mana. But today a partner told me "we need mana drain." "What drains mana?" I asked. "Item" was his reply. What am I forgetting about?
Are you sure it's consuming points when you buy favor items? For me it does not consume them--my number of favor points stays the same from game to game, plus whatever I win in each game. Is it consuming points for others?
Heh. Found 'em. Left the following message. Surely they will simply answer by calling me a newb and a loser--hey, I plead guilty--but it felt good to get it off my chest. ;) ----------- Not all beasts have spit. When playing against melee DGs, it's common to focus on ooze. This is a well known tactic and can be very effective. It happens that I had spit. But there's also this other thing called "being in range for spit." If I am not in range, I can not spit. I can
I was wondering why my concede would never work. I was stuck in games back to back wiith Nikolay88 who seemed to just intentionally feed the enemy every game & had a large portions of his games against the same person, Nacer i think the name. When I get games with them I just concede cuz I know it's rigged. Would be nice if it would just replace me with an AI immediately so I can get in a real game with random players instead of connection chec
Right now the only way I can see to send a PM to someone is by clicking on their name in a post. If I can't find a post by them, is there a way to send a PM to them anyway?
I haven't put any thought into items other than the obvious. But what about this skill build? Think it'll woyk? 1 Rain of Ice 2. Fireball 3. Deep Freeze (for the interrupt) 4. Fireball 5. Rain of Ice 6. Nothing 7. Fireball and Rain of Ice 8. Frost Nova (To set up for future use of shatter--and occasional present use, though it's not too powerful now) 9. Nothing 10. Fireball and Rain of Ice 11. Perm
In my last match, several times, I would hit the hotkey for Foul Grasp, and it would change the cursor to the "target" cursor--the one you use to select the target of a spell--but then would not select the demigod I was trying to target. Anyone else seeing this?
his design is ridiculously gay as well^^ (mr british goodsir on steroids). Although not really related to this discussion, I have to emphatically agree. I almost didn't buy the game because I looked at Reg and was worried the entire thing would be a big cheese stick.
The game is a big cheese stick. Have you listened to the things the characters say? It's hilarious--and in
I have to use /nosound because p17.sys--the soundcard driver--is apparently the source of all my access violation and BSOD woes. The soundcard is a Creative. And I've also had the sound issue described in this thread. What's your sound driver? And do you get crashes as well as this sound issue? If so, try /nosound. There's no sound but the game plays okay without it.
Edit : Or just wait for 1.1 when there will be a cap on the amount of slows that can be put on you.
I hadn't seen that. Where did you read it?
I'm starting to get down with the Crimson Vial.
