The issue with diffrent languages in a strategy game is that sometimes you need to communicate with your team. Beyond a simple "know your role" situation that MMO's fall into. I've found that when playing Supreme Commander that most people who don't know english usually can't co-ordinate an attack with those who don't know whatever language it is that the other player speaks. I've got 4870's in my rig and they "work" let me explain. ATI drivers for me have been unreliabile and buggy. The graphics adaptors may perform well in bechmarks but the rendering artifacts I get and the strange rays that show up in games is horribly distracting.
