Weyr, I accept your point of view but cannot agree with it. One of the reasons a game may get an anomalous score is to prevent overly powerful mods giving the player a huge advantage over the AI. If you then deliberately start changing the rules just before the end of the game to avoid the anomaly flag that is cheating.
