I disagree that it's a race for catapults, because that would imply that the side without catapults has an instant loss, which is not true if the side with the catapults are not in a position to capitalize on their advantage. What if both sides gets catapults at the same time? Then it defaults to the side with the better upgrades/items/levels. It's not a race to anything, but rather a winning team will be able to exploit the weaknesses of the opposition, regardless of the method. Cata

The "All Father," lol! Not so much a slut but more of a player. His position is the one all the demigods are fighting for. LOL godly vending machine! I like that. *Conjures image of demigod shaking the Item Shop because it just ate 1750 gold*
As TB, early enemy priests gladdens my heart and springs forth a fountain of joy as I surf towards level 20.
Bringing up personal statistics on someone who is proposing an argument doesn't make his argument invalid. However, this game does need to be more team-friendly. I don't think we should see enemy items, but allied health bars (that work!!) and mana bars would really be helpful. I'm ok with having to mouse over to see mana bars, though. The health bars above their heads are not accurate and pretty much worthless since they can't be trusted.
Hmm, I have no problems getting Demigod back up after tabbing, so dunno if that's a bug or if it's on your end?
Probably ran out of ammo. [e digicons];P[/e]
Wow, I had no idea. Didn't bother to actually read the whole item description, hah! Thanks for the tip!
Probably cuz it has a monopoly on the items it sells.
No, they were born Demigods already, but their powers flourished as they matured. Remember, they were spawns of a god and human. All of them were born under weird circumstances. So there is no reason to believe they were "human-sized" to begin with. It's also acceptable to see that minotaurs are larger than the humans supposedly manning the archer towers. Of course, we're just told they're "Sons of Belrond," not "humans". The Vlemish, Plenor, and Belrond could a smaller-than-human (al
They should just have it so the quitting DG sells all equipment and distributes the gold to the teammates upon leaving, removing the DG from play entirely.
Well, I don't think the build is dependant on getting below 33% movement speed, so if they fix that, it'll still work pretty good .
It's a -1/3 cap, meaning you can't go below 2/3 of your speed. I guess it's not really a "cap" but rather a "floor". Or you can say that the cap to decrease their speed by is ~33%.
Banned for being a picky BSG fan.
GPG would be completely foolish to be done developing Demigod to go make SupCom2 or something. There is so much potential for this game, and they can still make some good money with paid expansions. I would have no problems if all they did now was work on the bugs and come out with a paid expansion sometime later down the road. Worked fine for Blizzard in Starcraft and BW, and Warcraft RTS series as well. No one bugged them about releasing extra free units. Remember this isn't an MMO.
I don't understand how this game would have to pass on more information than a game like Warcraft 3 with just as many and even more players. The problems Demigod is experiencing cannot be just the "Internet." Of course, W3 did have its own drop-outs, but I don't recall such a flood of problems with BNet. That being said, this game is still awesome and I hope it continues to be developed and comes out with a Demigod Expansion.
Two bugs I've found: 1) After ALT-tabbing out and returning to an on-going game, everything becomes darkened. It's as if something cast a shadow on all the buildings and units in the game. Resetting the video settings doesn't fix the issue. I'm playing on medium fidelity preset (although it happened in high fidelity preset as well). 2) I am playing a LAN game and I quit in the middle of it (to recreate the game). In the new, recreated game, my sound gets messed up. The mu

What is the rate of decay for the bonuses?
Great build. However, I wouldn't get too dependent on it, as I think they will likely fix the code so the 33% slow cap will actually work.

Had a game where the AI actually scored a couple kills. It was kind of sad, actually...
I think a player having a personal banlist is ok, just like the /ignore command available in most MMOs. The only thing it would do is disallow the banned player from joining any games hosted by the banner. However, if both players are joining games hosted by others, then all is fair play. There should never, ever be a public banlist. It's unfair to new players, for starters, and is bad for the community as a whole on so many levels.
1. Hmm, I dunno, the only challenge I get from AI (where my friend and I don't consistenly win) is from a 2 human vs 5 nightmare now. They obviously cheat, so you have to actually really go out there and kill to get gold fast enough to keep up. 2. Someone just said it's under game options, I didn't know this, and has been a concern of mine as well. 3. I don't know about redundancy, I just think they need to make better items. 4. That is definitely an interesting i
BOTF is fine. Need to buff other items. I'm pretty certain no one takes Magic Coin Purse...
She's pretty much fully nude with tentacles. But, moving on, great game! There are some kinks to be worked out, but that's normal for a game. Lots of potential!
