In the OP of the thread he is refering to, in his previous post, this quote of Stardock CEO [e digicons]:frogboy:[/e] answers the OP of the present thread : « We absolutely do not want to do any more "betas" [as was the update of today, on May the 2nd]. The betas don't really solve our problems. We're getting rave emails of people in support today saying how this [May 2] beta "totally fixes connectivity". NO, it doesn't. The only reason it seems that way

That one, last evening, stretched-on for 98 minutes, at normal speed : http://pantheon.demigodthegame.com/game/331449/player/11664/ It was originally a 4 v 4. Everything looked great in the game-setup lobby : all 8 green pings -- nobody above 175 ms, and most below 100. One player of my team8 dropped out during the loading of the game : we had to start with a normal A.I. But the game lingered on as a stalemate. Then, another
I was in the Beta, on & off (alternating with my dad), from the very start, 8 months ago. My dad ("CyberMage") and I were very happy, then : the game had a lot of features from the start, and it never once crashed. (The release version has crashed 5 times, in April, with debug-error windows popping up -- since we play the game in a window.) Even though we were very happy with the whole Beta process, we believed that the game was not ready to be released in April.<
I've been in contact with the Stardock employee "Bara" about the problem of the ranking stats not being correctly updated. It is a known issue, which has not yet been solved. Take my case, for example. If you do a search on the player "Sorceresss", you will learn that she only played ONE game and has a 0W / 1L record. But if you go to that player's "Games List", she is credited with 21 games. And according to me, even that list is incomplete, because, at the v
Well ... you're asking the best person around. Brad Wardell is an expert A.I. designer & programmer, as illustrated by his work in the 2 recent Galactic Civilzations series. Some people forget that he's not "just" the (all powerful) CEO of Stardock and a regular forum star (as "Frogboy" and "Draginol"), and that he is, first & foremost, a genius in A.I. design & coding. But ... I think he was not very much involved i

For the moment, you have to do this. Launch your IMPULSE , and wait for it to connect & identify your Account (there's a temporary, swirling icon in the top-right corner : it disappears when the account connection has been established). Then use your others skills and you'll be able I think to use again the freeze touch for the bonus damages. And team up with a dps dg for 100% kill. [/quote] Thxxx : I'll try that. Oups .. I said "100% correct" in my previous post, but upon further examination, I am not so sure anymore. On the 24th, I was on the winning team of a Fortress-destruction game, on Cataract. I don't see it on the list of my 18 games. Perhaps it was mislabeled as a Conquest match. It was a memorable victory , in extremis : I'm certain it happened. If I may put in my 2¢ ... I modestly say that because I enjoy playing the game to relax from very intellectual university stuff. I consequently don't have the time & energy to analyze DG data like you experts do (no sarcasm intended).
