Good idea to make even those teamplaying who don't know yet how important it is.
Unlaced
I would mostly like one of these two versions: 1. The one with the most inflicted damage gets the "kill" the rest gets "assists" 2. There is no more "kill" and "assist" but you get gold equal to the inflicted damage.
Yes, this function is needed very badly.
Would be nice if you add this in a patch after the connectivity issues are solved.
So we still have lots of areas to improve the multiplayer experience such as dealing with European DSL stuff (one example)
What exactly is that problem?
Pretty good idea.
Yeah, human only for Pantheon.
I would not like recipies too, it would make the game more complicated, without making it really more complex, as you would be forced to buy certain items because in the end game only people with recipe-items would have a chance against other recipe-item user.
I read "poison pill" very often... what exactly is meant with it?
Sounds reasonable, but it must be balanced so that if most players play light demigods it will not get imbalanced because of that, as of course the light side would get more points with more player playing on their side.
Should be worth a try.
All in all this idea seems to be interesting. Makes the choice of minions far more interesting for generals, so that they can realy be generals, not just assassins with a pet.
He has enough other possibilities to kill an opponnent that was damaged by his mines, so the mines does not need a buff, they are not supposed to "one hit" kill enemies.
I too think that the Queen of Thorns is too weak. I played her in some games against the ai and it's exactly as you said, the minions are too weak and the AoE skill seem to be if at all as strong as other character's skills, so she needs a buff with her minions or with her other skills (or a bit of both) And changing form while running is a good idea and healing with compost too.
Same for me, it seems to be buggy. My only hint for now is to choose a game name like "bots only" or something similar. That should help most times. And if there is someone joining just kick him (click on his slot and choose "kick")
Another good thing would be that if you hold a button, for example CTRL, no matter what you have selected, you will only move your demigod as long as you hold CTRL while giving move commands.
I ment the same as Anubis.
I think the spawnrate at the beginning is good but at the end it's too high. It's abeloutely impossible to really target anything (besides really big things like rook).
I agree too.
Looks very nice, they could even make it look this way in-game. I think it's very important to have something like this while playing generals to really make the best use of your minions.
Thanks for the tips and I support the idea of the OP. (For Generaly) It should also be possible to make your minions displayed as little icons with a little healthbar so that you know how they are doing and how many you currenty have and of which type they are.
I think we need a balance between how it is just now and what you said. Generals should be at the frontlines (it would not be funny to just cast your minions, wait until the spell is ready, cast your minion, buff them with another skill, cast your minion and so on). We need our generals to be where the fight is, but not right in the middle of the fight all the time. They should be able to support their minions besides to just attack the enemy with them.
I fully agree to Soccer194. And the problem is that he is not only stronger than any other demigod in a 1on1 but he also is very good against creeps so that you can't try to kill him with the support of your creeps as he hammers them to death pretty fast.
The AI should definitely be improved beside the teambuilding-thing. For example the AI has abseloutely no chance against a player playing the rook.
